Mesquite Diner II

This was our second time at Mesquite Diner, and we should've been coming way more often! The prices are incredibly affordable--most breakfast items are under $10. I had the chicken & waffles, and my husband got pancakes with eggs, bacon, and sausage. Everything was delicious! The customer service is top-notch, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. This place is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend! 10/10

Only ate here due to proximity to where my truck was being worked on. The joint is old and needs to be updated badly! I ordered the avocado hamburger plate. I was asked if I wanted toast or a biscuit, so I asked if they made the biscuits, and she said no...toast then. The patty was overcooked and dry. I asked for the home fries to be extra crispy...evedently the cook didn't care.This joint is just ok, if you're looking for a cheap eatery. I will not be back.

This place is a hidden gem and I LOVE it!! The food here is amazing and the prices are VERY friendly compared to your other breakfast chain restaurants. The place is quite small and they have a bar top where you can sit as well. Staff members are very friendly and always smiling, really great service. I've ordered the Country fried Steak and the Big Diner Breakfast, both are GREAT dishes with a huge potion size. When I come back here again, I'll try to remember to take a picture lol.

Great personal service. I believe a mom and daughter were working there the day we went. The food came out hot (not very quick because they're short staffed). I enjoyed my brunch there.My suggestion is that you get there early.

Love a good hole in the wall small business. The place is a bit homey and not the cleanest, but the price is cheap for a lot of food. We ordered multiple things Since it's a relatively small place it was pretty busy and full during Sunday brunch but we were seated immediately. The table wasn't set up with utensils completely yet. You pretty much just sit where is open and pay at the register. A lot of the items came out fresh in a reasonable amount of time. I would avoid the scrambled egg dishes because they were rubbery. The coffee was unlimited but tasted questionable. They did got the extra mile and toasted the biscuits and tortillas extra so they were very hot when they came out.All the dishes came a hash browns/home fries and toast/biscuit/English muffin. A very good deal so I would go back and try more things at prices I don't feel guilty about. This felt like a more personal Waffle House.

The place was crowded with people.The chicken strips were Delicious.The menu has a lot of different foods toPick from. Very friendly waiter working there.It was little home style.

I was skeptical, but it was delicious! The waitress was lovely and the food was great. Way better than average diner food. Portions are huge and everything was seasoned and hot! We had steak (New York strip) and eggs and a home style biscuits and gravy with eggs and a side of ham.

Excellent little diner tucked away on the side of the highway so that you'd never know it's there unless you were looking for it. And you definitely should. It's a good place to get a great breakfast for less than $10 a person. Stay and hang out if you want or if you're in a hurry the service is quick and you can be in and out in 30 min.Check this place out and support a small business!

Good food and great service! Very unique cute place! Rare find that we enjoyed! Reasonable price
