We went on Cinco de Mayo knowing it would be a good time, and a good time it was. They created a very small dance floor at the front of the restaurant. A live band came on to play at 9 pm then switched out with a DJ at 10 pm and that happened for the next few hours. The band was great with the guitarist walking amongst the crowd and the female singers were full of energy. I wasn't a big fan of the DJ as he didn't transition songs well. The food was okay. I really enjoy the Chicken of my Land dish (server chose it) as the strips of chicken were tender, mushrooms added great flavor and texture, and the cheese was oozing everywhere. On the other hand, the Shrimp Enchiladas were not great. Not much chicken in the filling and the sauce fell short. The drinks were decent and the chips and dips were addicting.I would probably go back for the music and drinks but skip the food.

Mia, Nallely and Gerardo are the best. Look for any of them, you won't be disappointed. Also, they just added seafood to the menu, my god, their seafood is so good. Live music on weekends, latin live music, you can't go wrong.

Got here on a Saturday about 6. Service was a little slow but the drinks & food were worth the wait. With an empty place at this time, it surprised me that the timing of the food coming out was slower than the usual Mexican restaurant. The band does not come on until after 9- bummer!! Otherwise, it was a good experience. May return to see the band.

So was a bit surprised to pull up to Merkado when I made a resy on OpenTable for Tie Breakers. Only once I pulled up to this place did I realize it's one and the same. On a Sunday at 7p - the place was deserted. Not sure if that's the norm but certainly provided for a speedy seating. Sat at the bar and enjoyed the house margarita and tacos al pastor (don't come at me for swapping out to flour tortillas!). Portion was large and tasted great! Al pastor was tender and flavorful.

Might not be the fairest review.....This place was barely open couple of weeks. so I get that it takes time to really get in the groove of things....but the restaurant wasn't busy at all, and we were waited on long after a couple who had just walked in.....Food wasn't bad....drinks were ok....not a fan of the whole margarita mix. Not sure that's what was used, but I certainly tasted it.The vibe was alright with me. I bet this place is a whole vibe on Friday/saturday nights with the right music! Nothing blew me away here. I'll try them again because I'm always in the area.

This was a last minute decision, as our original destination was not open on a Sunday. We came in around 2 and were seated immediately. I understand they have just recently opened, and it seemed like they were still working out some kinks. The service was friendly but slow. They looked fully staffed and it wasn't very busy, but there also seemed to be a bit of confusion as to who had our table. We were not in a rush so it wasn't a problem for us.They have really interesting drink options. I chose a smokey paloma and my friend had their signature drink that comes out aflame. They give you three salsas, with tostadas and chicharrones. The winner for us was the green salsa. We both ordered off the brunch menu. I got the cochinita pibil chilaquiles. Everything about it was awesome. From the chips that still had some integrity to the perfectly cooked eggs with still runny yolks and everything in between, that dish was impressively tasty. There was no outdoor seating and the menu prices are different than on their website, but we were glad we came.

I went after a friend recommended that I trustED before this place. We made a reservation and upon arrival noticed it wasn't as packed as expected on a Friday evening. Upon arriving we asked for a good seat since it wasn't too busy. She thought about it and sat us next to the restroom. Our waiter Alex introduced himself and ask for our drinks. I ordered a beer and received a room temperature bottled beer.(no frost on the bottle) I asked for a cold one and he gladly brought me a cold beer and could tell it was cold because the bottle had a little condensation from being removed from fridge. Chips and salsa started and was great, ordered ceviche and didn't enjoy it. The fish wasn't fresh, the onions were pickled with too much oregano and the sorbet was not a good addition to ceviche? Tasted weird and chunks of fish too big to dip. Wife ordered Birria tacos and it was a fried cheese instead of tortilla and bland and a dissapointment. We drove from Mansfield because my wife craved Birria tacos so.... I ordered carne asada and was brought to table on a big cutting board. In my opinion it took up too much table space. Steak was okay but rice and beans were the best part of the meal. ITheyre customer service is really good. Especially Alex. He was a great waiter. Haven't tried too much of the menu but was a nice guy. The mgrs frequently visited the table which was nice but food was nothing to talk about. I'm glad I spent time with wife but we were greatly disappointed by food and seating. Bill wasn't to bad $115.00 to be exact but could've stayed on my side for a good hole in the wall experience for good Birria. I don't recommend and will not be returning.

Food: Great, came out extremely late (about 30 minutes), for only 3 tables occupied. Service: Not great. Once we got a waiter he was nice, but it was about 15 minutes after sitting. When I went to the bathroom, I'm pretty sure 3 of the waiters, and bus boys were snorting coke. I most likely won't be coming back here. Currently waiting for the waiter to come back for my card, so that I can pay and leave, and never return, but warn others before they enter.

Ceviche was great. Highly recommend it. Surf and turf was not. The steak was not marinated well. Rice was bland. It was way over priced for the quality. Margarita flight had great presentation, but we weren't a fan of the taste. They have a band and a DJ that started playing at 9 pm. The bartenders were amazing! They were super friendly and welcoming. We even got a free Mexican candy shot from them. I loved the restaurant decor. It was a fun restaurant! We will definitely be back.
