No Trump supporters. In fact, if you're a Trump supporter, I, feel as though they'll threaten you. ( I, at least felt threatened.) Isn't this why Trump won!?This hotel has a regular (not as a hotel guest), who sits at the bar, while his friend Jessica bartends. I'm pretty sure he doesn't pay for anything, but what I am sure of, is that he's allowed to berate my wife and I for our political views. We didn't invite his interaction-but, he felt as though it was necessary to harass us the entire time we (as paying Platinum hotel guests) sat at the bar.We were tolerant of this person's lunacy, and finally had enough and left. I said "This is why Trump won," which set off an angry response from the Front Desk lady. She used profanity, and left the Front Desk, and I felt threatened. It's my belief- the angry, unhinged Front Desk employee knew this lunatic, and was going to harass me further. I went to the elevator, and went to my room.My wife called the Front Desk and asked for the General Manager's name and contact information. She continued to argue with my wife (in a very low class manner) and refused to give us the name of the General Manager.This is far from over- and will be escalated to Marriott Corporate. All guests, regardless of their political beliefs, should be welcomed (and safe) in a Marriott property.Update: 2/3/2025One of the Managers of this property, Eric Smith called my wife and refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on behalf of his threatening employee. In fact, they admitted that Marriott employees went up to our room and listened to our private conversation. Isn't this an invasion of privacy? In fact, I believe this is an illegal act. But, Mr. Smith responded with "It's our hotel." So, I guess he thinks invading a guest's "right to privacy" is acceptable? Horrible Management, Front Desk employee, and a regular guest (not hotel guest) who Management allows to sit at the bar (drinks for free), and harasses guests. This matter is far from over, and we will vigorously go after this property with all avenues of a complaint process.

I'm local to DFW but wanted to stay one night because I was attending a concert at the AAC. Upon arriving I really appreciated that the hotel was easy to access and situated in the perfect location. I pulled up to valet and the young man was very welcoming. He even asked if I was attending the concert to which I said yes and we were able to quickly chat about a few artists we both enjoyed. He then directed me to the reception area and took care of my vehicle. Once I got to the reception desk to check in, I was again greeted with a warm welcome. I asked if any upgrades were available and was lucky a room was available on a higher floor with a pretty decent view. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff so far so I felt excited to unwind for a bit in my room. The room was very modern and up to date with everything I needed for my overnight stay. I hate that I didnt get to enjoy the gym or the pool but I can only imagine both were just as nice as the rest of the hotel. After the concert it was late and I needed a quick snack so I was happy to have access to the M Lounge where you could grab a cold drink or something light to grab and go. The other option was the late night room service but I was afraid I would fall asleep while waiting because I was soooo tired. As you'd imagine, the next morning I was well rested and my sleep was superb. On my way to check out, I grabbed a hot breakfast inside the M Lounge. The options were minimal but it was everything one could need for a quick and hot breakfast. I look forward to staying soon. The hotel staff all treated me with such care.

We had an awesome experience at this hotel. The valet team was on top of it the entire weekend, especially Janae who did an excellent job.At check in, Jaden was also very friendly and helpful.As for the hotel, the gym was better than most as it had several good cardio machines, dumbbells up to 50 lbs, a good amount of space and even a punching bag too.The pool also was very high end too.Last, the hotel beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again!

I'm a Marriott girlie at heart and this location doesn't disappoint. Stay, rooms, amenities, bar and pool were all on point. **however, customer service from Darion was lacking, extremely disappointing and he needs immediate training on how to speak to customers. He had the most unwelcoming tone, acted irritated that we were checking in and it felt as if we were bothering him. You're a no for me, Darion.

I stayed at the Marriott uptown on a whim. I booked the room driving into town. The staff were very helpful and were able to get me into a room earlier than usual. The room was clean. The rooftop pool was lots of fun and not too hot. The bartender Tray was great too.

This was my first experience at this particular location, just not the brand.The valet service was awesome both night and day. The front desk experience could have been better. The agent whom had answered a call, never acknowledged my standing and waiting, eventually another agent came and assisted with my check-in and took the time explain the way hotel and area. It only takes a second to acknowledge a guest. Overall, the stay went well and my visit to the M club was very rewarding. I appreciate that the dishes prepared were vegan friendly. So, until the next time, Bye - Bye!

Nice property, feels new. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed in a junior suite. A corner room with nice views of the area. Long couch that was quite comfortable - a real couch, not a fold out sleeper like so many similar hotels rooms have. Separate small table with comfortable chair. Overall a spacious room. Bed and pillows comfortable, room could be nicely cool and dark. Lots of plugs everywhere, both sides of the bed and at the small desk under the TV. Prime and Netflix available on the TV. The TV was hard fixed to the wall, but there was just enough space (after some effort) to reach to the hdmi2 plug and make use of the TV's stream other devices feature. Separate dressing area with drawer and hanging space by the entry/ bathroom. Large bathroom with big walk in shower, although the water pressure was a bit puny. Decent counter space. We did dinner one night at the on site restaurant, Good Graces, and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was (separately reviewed). The Marriott club right by the lobby is large and was open and quiet on the weekend. Breakfasts there were ok, though the scrambled eggs were pretty industrial. Mini fridge. Ice machines only on a couple floors - ask, or you're unlikely to find. Overall a pleasant hotel in a convenient location. I'm certain we'll be back on future Dallas trips.

Beautiful inside! Lobby and bar area are chill and a good vibe. I had a water with lemon (detoxing) but my company really enjoyed their drinks from the bar. Waitress was super friendly. Nice outside firepitEdit: Her name is Jessica. Great job.

To start with, parking in the garage is $48 daily (after tax)!! Otherwise, you have to hunt for parking on the street. On the plus side, the room was clean and spacious with a modern and minimalist vibe. The TV remote was in a sealed plastic bag, which is something I have never seen before and hope to see more of. The hotel is gorgeous and has a nice view. Club M is spacious and my family and I had a great time lounging in there for a bit.
