Some of the best breakfast fried chicken you will ever have in your life. I strongly recommend the five and dine with fried chicken and sausage gravy. 10/10 is underselling it. Staff was so courteous, the restaurant is very clean, and the coffee was excellent. Must try when in the area

Not the best experience here. Came in and placed a simple order to go - a dozen iced biscuits. Waited a really long time and saw what looked like a guy working on my order, but didn't assume it was for sure mine. He boxed it up, left it at his station, and walked away. There it saw for another 10-15 minutes. Finally someone noticed it sitting there and it did turn out to be my order. No one said anything, no sorry it took so long to get a simple order out from a place called the biscuit company. Just put my stuff in a bag and didn't even staple it up. Got home. Biscuits weren't iced as I ordered them. And they were under cooked, so now I'm heating up my oven to finish baking the food that I paid for someone else to do.They seemed more focused and very attentive to the delivery drivers who came in and out. I seemed to catch them off guard wanting to order at the counter as no one was really paying attention. Well there was one guy right next to the counter who could clearly see I was there, but it wasn't his job I suspect, so he didn't care that I was just waiting on someone else to notice. Have been to the Frisco Main Street location many times. This is a far cry from the food, the staff, the vibe, and most importantly the service......so though this location is closer, I will just make the drive to Frisco when I want Maple Street again.Side note: tried to ice the biscuits and the icing is all wrong. It's crystallized and doesn't pour out. Taste is off as well.

Breakfast tacos had more diced potatoes than anything; scrambled eggs were dry and bland. Only service you receive is when your order & money are taken. We spent over $40 for breakfast for 2 adults. Ambiance not impressive. Tables were not being cleaned. We've been there; done that and won't be back.

If you're looking for the perfect breakfast biscuit, this is the spot. I really enjoyed the squawking goat biscuit, if you're a fan of goat cheese please try it, you'll love it! Biscuits are fluffy and light. Service is great, staff was friendly and helpful. Seating is very close to each other, very busy spot. Only down fall was the lack of sugar and cream available for coffee, my friends and I dined for about two hours and dying my three refills there wasn't any sugar and cream each time.

This place was bustling! Though it was hot, we sat outside since there were no tables inside and it was quite loud. The service was relatively fast despite how busy they were. We ordered numerous dishes: biscuits and gravy, little grace, the squawking goat, and the retro plate. The biscuits and gravy were good; it had a little kick to it, but needed some more salt. The biscuit was perfect though. The little grace was good and perfect size for a kid that wasn't too hungry. The waffle was crispy and the syrup had a good consistency and flavor. The retro plate was fine; it's a pretty basic dish with another big ol' biscuit that was good. The squawking goat was interesting with the goat cheese. The pepper jelly was thinner than expected so it looked more like a sauce than jam. The chicken was crispy and flavorful.Overall, this is a place to try and they offer numerous options that could please anyone. Be mindful of the time that you visit however as tables can fill up fast.

The Squawking Goat: Overall the sandwich was good at best but the goat cheese was very overpowering! The sauce was overpoweringly sweet. (definitely more jelly than pepper)Five and Dime: I went with the fried egg and the fried chicken with sausage gravy on the side. While some may see this as basic it didn't disappoint. The gravy was definitely the shining star of this dish and really brought it together. Overall a safe a bet! Maple Vanilla Latte: Tasted pretty watered down for some reason. I would go elsewhere for coffee! Ambiance is cute but from the outside it definitely appears larger. There's definitely a seating issue and you have to stalk others to grab a table or sit out side in the TX heat. Service was good! The cashier was friendly and helpful with suggestions. There isn't much else interaction with the staff since you pick up your own food. They did a great job clearing tables as people finished to help facilitate people getting to tables. Overall wouldn't go out of the way to go here again but wouldn't be mad if we did come back!

Finally got to try Maple Street. We expected it to be a little busier on a Saturday morning...but it wasn't. The place was clean, and the food was tasty, albeit kinda pricey for breakfast - $32 for two people. Tried the Eggs-treme Biscuits and Gravy, and the Five and Dime. The sausage gravy was spicy without being too overpowering. All in all, a good experience! Likely we will return soon.....

It's was ok...The bad first. The pickup system is wack. If you order coffee they use the same buzzer for the food and everyone was confused 1/5 for that. And napkins/cutlery was oddly difficult to find. The pepper jelly on my biscuit was cold. Very odd. I would even accepted lukewarm but this was ICE cold. Not a fan of that at all. Everything else was a plus. The location was CLEAN clean. Like I looked for dirt and didn't see it. Food was yummy. Fountain drinks were good and stocked. Bottomless drip coffee was spot on.
