This was my goto place in Frisco. I like it that it lets people meet for conversations, provides free wi-fi and I like giving business to local establishments. However, today I met for a lunch meeting and have several complaints. First, no paper towels in the bathroom, so either wipe your hands on your shirt or the curtains just outside the men's room (just kidding but I'm sure it happens). Second, I ordered the featured item (a French Dip) for lunch, which took 20 minutes to get. Moreover, they didn't bring me what I ordered - they delivered a patty melt. I said I ordered the French dip but the manager gave me the patty melt and then tried to sell me on the substitution.I didn't want to fight it, so I ate a dry, fully-cooked piece of meat between toasted rye. If I had ordered the patty melt I would have asked for it medium rare, not fully cooked. Look at the name of the place. Why are they serving patty melts?!They just gave me the check and even after they admitted they got it wrong, they charged me full price for something I didn't order. People continue to hang out, which is good for the business in that at least it serves one thing well and looks like they have business. But considering all the other choices, I'm not coming back!When the manager returned I voiced my dissatisfaction and said I wouldn't return. He offered me a free cheese cake or cup of coffee but I didn't want the extra calories. To his credit he said he would discount the meal even after I told him to charge me full price as he needed to pay for the paper towels in the Men's room.

3 stars for the food, but + star for our server Ali (Alibaba). My friend and I were seated on the patio for brunch by the hostess. However, no one informed the waitstaff that there was a new table seated (us). We waited for about 15 minutes before we received water and tableware.Ali was so nice and apologized! He was fantastic and really made our first time visiting the restaurant so much better!I would not recommend sitting outside on the patio where there are patio cushions involved. The cushions sunk down once you're seated and it's very uncomfortable! We both ordered the breakfast croissant (scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon), which was good, but nothing spectacular. You will be able to choose how you like your eggs, and what protein to add.The inside of the restaurant was dark, and the bathrooms were not clean!

We got Alfredo pasta with chicken, but they forgot to put the chicken in. The pasta was good though. I got chicken and waffles. The waffles had a slightly strange taste to it. The chicken was dry. The beignets were the biggest disappointment. They were a shallow imitation of Louisiana beignets. The sugar was caked on and they weren't fluffy. More like bad donuts than beignets. I'm from Louisiana so I know what beignets are supposed to taste like, and these were not it.

Was staying at the Marriott down the street and came her for breakfast with the family on. Sunday morning. Got seated right away, and the food came quickly. Lots of selection of relatively health choices like Avacado toast, as well as crepes and the usual breakfast fare. I had the protein skillet with egg whites, and the avocado toast. Both were great. Prices were very affordable as well.

Came for the beignets hoping for a taste of New Orleans. It's not New Orleans, but it will do. Coffee was good and service was attentive. The place could be cleaner inside but the patio area definitely has a great vibe for a nice day.

We went today after church and noticed that only a couple people were in the restaurant at 1:00 pm. Now we know why! Ordered the lunch Quiche Lorraine that comes with a salad. After confirming it was the lunch portion I wanted, the quiche came with fruit. I decided just to keep it and not say anything. The food was awful....quiche was overcooked and tasted rubbery and the fruit was frozen!The server never came back once to check on things. Definitely not worth a $17.32 bill!!!!I do not recommend this restaurant, and we will not return. Too many other great places to eat with fantastic service!
