Ate at Northpark Mall location yesterday for a special occasion. We sat in a booth. Towards the end of the meal I noticed that a notched detail/groove (called a "reveal" in architectural terms) was filled with old food and dirt and looked like it had been there a long time. From our location I could see the other tables at the booths were in similar condition. This has to be a health department issue! It was so gross that I stopped eating as it was stomach-turning!Now before you complain that I " should have" gotten the manager, I was with people and getting the manager and pointing out something gross would have spoiled the occasion. Those tables should be CLEAN!Look at these pictures and tell me you would eat at ANY restaurant that looked like this much less than at a pricey one!

Three stars because the food was good, but unfortunately everything else was a real let down. I think the three stars were generous. It took 45 minutes to be sat with a reservation, and then another 10 for the server to show up at our table. The table was re-set, but not actually wiped down before we sat at it so there was old crusted marinara aged onto the table. It might have even predated the table before us. My wine glass was also dirty. The restrooms were horrifyingly gross. The floor was so dirty it was discolored, so it seems like aside from picking up, it doesn't get actually really cleaned. There was toilet paper all over the floors, and the counters were soaked. Just really gross. The food also took a long time to arrive and our salads only came a couple of minutes before the food. It was insanely busy in the restaurant, but I didn't see managers like "all hands on deck" helping. Maybe they were around, but I didn't see them. They didn't stop by to see how everything was.We definitely won't be back to this location, and as of right now, I don't have much interest in visiting any locations. There are too many great Italian places in the world to relive this hugely disappointing experience.

Maggiano's little Italy at the Love field airport. The food was good, a little bland, and the service took a long time even though the restaurant was pretty empty. I ate with coworkers and we all had the same impression. This is good restaurant chain but this time the food and service didn't meet our friends expectations.

I don't think that the food is a good as it once was. I had fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and frankly, I like the same at Olive Garden better. Maggianos chicken was kind of rubbery. Environment is very nice, great (but overpriced) wine, service is excellent. Judging mainly the quality of the food, I had to downgrade Maggianos to 3 stars.

We came here for our post Valentines Day dinner. We weren't thinking they'd have a specials for Valentines any more but they did. We opted to just order off the regular menu since the items we wanted weren't on the special menu. They did have an awesome deal of buying up to 5 classic pasta for $6 each with the purchase of an entree. We went with Linguine di Mare and Chicken Marsala started with a Calamari. We ended it with a Butter Cake. We enjoyed all of our food. The Calamari was really soft and had good flavor. The Linguine had good flavor and very tomatoey. The Marsala was very tasty. I especially enjoyed the mushrooms on it. The Butter Cake had to be my favorite. The cake was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was sided with fresh strawberries covered in just enough syrup and fresh whipped cream. Perfect end to our dinner.I especially enjoyed how friendly everyone was with our toddler and that she had crayons to color (it lasted a few minutes! I appreciate the effort!) I didn't appreciate the upsell though, but understand.

Not sure if it was because of the holiday or a big party but my best friend hosted her birthday party here Christmas weekend.. and the food was not the best. It was all family style, with a limited menu, assuming because of the holiday..and you had to pay $6 for to go containers if you wanted to take any food home.. what?! I was really sad to experience mediocre Italian food here because she raves about it and comes to Maggiano's for a lot of her occasions. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say it wasn't the best bc of the holiday. The maggianos salad and cranberry martini were delish though!

Fabulous food and service! I've frequented this restaurant a number of times over the years, but tonight by far has been the best service all thanks to Marcus. My fiancé and I loved loved the food, service, and the laughs. We had a late lunch so we decided to have the mussels and share one of the dishes. Marcus was kind enough to go above and beyond by splitting our meal onto separate plates. So much food and beautifully placed that we thought it was two orders instead of one. Marcus was just fantastic! He was the epitome of the perfect host and server. Very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and charismatic. We highly recommend this location and Marcus, of course.

I am 100% sure that I reviewed Maggiano's before so I am not sure what happened to that review. I even remember most of what I wrote in the original review. In any event, back in the 1990s Maggiano's was a special destination and was considered upscale, at least in my circles. My office would go here for special occasions and I would get the lobster ravioli since I was not paying. They don't have lobster ravioli on the menu anymore. Today, Maggiano's is still around but it is now just a regular restaurant, nothing special and definitely not upscale. We went here for a late lunch before going to a movie. I suppose I should be happy that we got in and out in less than an hour so we made our movie. We started with salads. My wedge was not bad. Not the best I ever had, but also not the worst. I would get it again. The wife had a Caesar and found spoiled pieces of lettuce in her salad so she did not eat very much of it. I tried to order the flatbread which I had before but today the "oven was broken" so they could not prepare it. The wife tried to order the snapper but they were out. So, on to plan B. I had the meatball appetizer and I have to say they were really good. There were three good-sized meatballs and they were light and airy, not at all dense or heavy. The sauce was also light and not bitter, although it lacked flavor. The garlic bread was necessary to sop up the sauce. The wife was agnostic about her mushroom ravioli and did not really care for them. The kid liked her pasta and ate almost the whole dish. Our server was fine, and as I said he got us in time to see our movie.Today, Maggiano's is what it is. It is not gourmet and not upscale, but it is a notch above Olive Garden and the food is also above average.

Food is good but prices have went way too high. If you're going to charge that much for family style dining it should include some of your own favorites not the chef favorites.
