Inside Building C at Medical City Dallas off Forest Lane, west of 75 Central Xpwy. Building C has a simple food court with 3 small eateries, and a large public seating area, room for strollers, and wheelchairs. Small pharmacy also.Lotsa-Pasta is run by a couple that owned their own restaurant before, and now this smaller Deli takeout in the Medical Center Dallas complex.Simple Deli dishes, quick pizzas, salads, soups, sandwiches, Mexican food, breakfasts. Return customers & regulars keep the team of 3 busy! The service is great, and the price is nice.I like the arboretum here, the little waterfalls below the giant sculpture, and the scenery.Today, I had Ziti Pasta, simple tomato sauce, 3 tender meatball, small Caesar Salad, with warmed baked bread, and a cold bottled drink $10.81 takeout. It was good, and gone too soon. I give 5 stars for service, food, and the ambiance.

Not a bad selection of toppings. A little too thin for my taste. I know there are those who love thin pizza and if so add a star. It's at a hospital medical building, so for what is worth and you have to be close by for a time. It is a good selection. My pie was suppose to be pepperoni on it, but they had mushrooms. If you love tomato on your pie take a star away. In conclusion, if I had to come back and stay, I'd try this again. But there are a lot of better choices out there.

It's definitely worth trying if your stuck in Medical City Dallas and better then all the options. The 16" was very generous size and can take to the hotel for dinner. Price is reasonable and can feed 3-4 people.

I come from a place where Greek / Mediterranean food is really popular. With that being said, this is one of the best Gyros I've had. The tzatziki is homemade and the other ingredients are of great quality. Gotta try it!

I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken. Lady behind counter said the chicken came outta the oven. This chicken may have been heated in the oven but it came out of a can. Disappointed.Yelper: Enor T responded to my above review. I believe she probably the person who waited on me or works at this place. Cold Caesar salad should not be served with cubed chicken that has been marinated and reheated and placed in a plastic cup. Cold previously grilled chicken is the preferred method for Caesar Salad.

This pizza is mediocre. Nothing special about the flavor at all. The customer service can be very rude sometimes. It's not a place I really care to return to for lunch, but I might try a pasta dish next time. The pizza just isn't good enough to desire again. I also might give the caesar salad a try, as I've heard it's pretty good here. The pizzas are large, though.. but they come with a price, just like everything at this hospital.

Absolutely amazing food and experience. Lots-a-pasta always offers fresh, home-made meals with top quality ingredients. The owners and operators are incredibly warm and funny and never stop working to provide awesome meals for their customers. I have eaten here five times in the last two weeks because it is so good. Their selection ranges from Italian to Mexican to American classics. Everything is always so fresh and delicious. I can't get enough of their homemade Caesar salad. The pizza is awesome, but I've been on a hot Italian sub with mustard kick this week. If I'm in the area, I will only eat here. It's a guarantee that I'll be met with a fantastic meal and a warm hello! Just be warned, if you miss a day they will ask you why you ate somewhere else and where you have been. They are just awesome.
