LOOK Dine-in Cinemas Dallas at 10110 Technology Blvd E, Dallas, TX 75220I love the location of this movie theater It's also take up a very area with a lot of parking. Now for about 10 years or so this has been my go to theater for movie and food Now the food ordering system is all phone base and the menu is somewhat simple. The tickets price are affordable because they need you to drink at the bar and eat in the theater Do note there is a mandatory tip to each order for your service team ‍‍

The movie theater is apparently getting new AC after having the same ones for the past 30 years. Husband and I decided to try and watch a movie but it was too hot. They literally have industrial fans throughout the lobby to cool the workers. Has anyone contacted BBB for unsafe work conditions? Either way; we couldn't enjoy ourselves. We really tried and 10 minutes in with the heat rising, we decided to get a refund and go somewhere else. The guy who took care of us was great but the atmosphere was not.

It's ok. The positives are that the staff are very friendly and helpful. The waiters check if you need anything. One girl even helped me print my tickets. The negatives bring down the score though. As another person said it's super hot in there. I guess they are having issues with AC. I wish I knew that before hand so I wouldn't have dressed warm expecting it to be cold, but I digress. The seats, though pretty comfortable are super cramped. I felt like I was sitting in an airplane! No foot rests, if you need to pass people they will have to stand up so you can pass them. The milk shake my husband ordered was very pricy to come in a small beer glass and tasted very chalky. The worst part though, probably the bathrooms. I went into a stall without realizing there was not only no toilet paper, the toilet paper holder seemed to have been ripped from the wall. Please put bathrooms out of order that don't have toilet paper. Thanks!

FIRST THINGS FIRST: if you still decide to come here, use the QR code on the tray instead of the menu they hand out. There are deals and combos that are not on the paper menus that could save you some money! now to my review. look, I know it's probably not easy to carry food trays upstairs and in the dark, but train your staff better. We arrived before the movie even started so the lights were still on when we ordered and somehow they still took my kids food to the wrong seat. Due to this, we had to reorder the kids meals and they didn't get their pizzas until the movie was half way over. My husband never received the drink he ordered or the waters. & to make it even worse, the system wasn't "working" so we didn't get a receipt to know what exactly we were charged for. We spent most of the movie annoyed and frustrated with the service that we didn't even enjoy the movie. All of this could be avoided if staff knew where the seats are located. Never again will we be coming here. It's definitely not worth it.

This was my first time at Look Cinemas. It seems like a good place to lounge before or after the movie. We got there early so we ordered our meal with an employee. He was very kind & helpful. We were able to checkout before the movie started so we weren't interrupted like other theaters. I appreciated that. The food was pretty good especially for movie theater food. We did the $29 meal deal which was a good amount of food for the price. The theater was HUGE and had a lot of isle. The set up was really different than I've seen before but I liked it a lot. The only downside is the seats are a bit dated & don't lean back at all or have footrest. Other than that, the chairs are pretty comfortable. The reason I took a star away was because the staff started cleaning the movie theater during the movie theater... it was very disruptive & would be the reason to keep me from coming back. Overall good theater & I plan to go back in the future.

A far cry from Look Cinemas from a few years ago. The last time I went to Look was pre-pandemic, so I expected this to be comparable, but it wasn't at all. The whole theater including seats and rooms are repurposed (not renovated really) from the previous theater. Seats are regular & not reclining or extra room. Food is worse than fast food and 3 times as price. It reminded me of a beat up studio movie grill.

This was my first visit to Look and I don't know. Two things. The a/c wasn't fully working. The unit that was being used was so loud it interrupted the movie. It was really loud if it interrupted Twister. And $8.00 for 13 chips and a two dips of salsa was ridiculous. The server shouldn't have even allowed that to happen. On the flip side the staff was really helpful but, the portion size of chips and that a/c put a bad taste in my mouth for a first experience.

Booked Look on a random night to go see Thanksgiving. Not the best vibe. The seats don't recline, it's not the cleanest, and the food was super subpar. It tasted very much like an air fryer meal. I probably won't be back. I can say the front people were super nice !!

I went to Look because I thought they had just opened up and loved the idea of seeing beyonce in a brand new theater. As I drove over I noticed that this was the old Studio Movie Grill. Walked in and it was only ONE person working and no one at the bar. Went to the theater and to our seats and they didn't look new at all! The leather seats were scratched up, the seats didn't recline and they were also very dirty.The food and drinks were a 5/10. We got the nachos and coconut tenders with sweet potato fries. The nachos cheese was very cold. The sweet potato fries were VERY CRISPY and seasoned. We also got the Everybody Mute Drink and that was 8/10. Really good actually! The quality of the screen was not the best at all. I don't know if it's HD or not, if so it's definitely not updated. I probably won't be back to this location because there are other theaters that cost the same price but better quality.

I've been to this theater several times, I love it because it's never too packed and the service is top tier! I love that I can order everything electronically. It's not so great when you order something extra such as sauces bc they often forget to bring them and you still end up paying for them. This time I had the fajita quesadilla with nachos as my side, absolutely delicious (I didn't get a pic). The drinks are always strong and I always enjoy myself. @MissMo2323
