LOOK Dine-In Cinemas Arlington

This is a fairly small theatre that operate like the studio movie grill. I tried the food once at another location but it was not pleasant . In this occasion I was only there to enjoy the movie . Not a huge or spacious venue but it heads decent as far as cleanliness and quality go. I went to see the Smile 2 movie and I enjoyed it for the most part. Now I could hear another movie so vividly next door while watching my movie that it was pretty distracting. The seats do recline and from what I could see with other guests, the customer service was attentive and friendly . A fair experience but nothing extra ordinary about this place .

Very disappointed in our experience with this theater, we saw Twisters which was a good movie but the food was so over priced and poor quality that it ruined our first time there, we spent almost $50 for two Quesadillas (4 small pieces each that were over cooked) a side of stale chips and salsa, and a medium size drink, no refills, it's dark so you can't see the food, we could have eaten at a nice restaurant for less and enjoyed our meal a lot more. It's a nice enough theatre with friendly people but the cost for two senior tickets with the fee was almost $25.00, so we spent close to $75,00 for our night out, which is ridiculous.

Disappointed I went yesterday at 7pm to see Bad Boys at South Arlington location. I ordered Lg popcorn and Coke both$6, I left it open cause we might order more. Well Lady never came back to close my tab and when I was trying to find someone only person I found was cleaning guy. He said they already closed me out but I was wanting my receipt. They charged me 19.25. I did not walk out on my tab so shouldnt of been charged 50% for tip.

Let me preface that we are discussing the food quality of this theater. Seating, cleanliness were all good. I got the three dip and chips my wife got the loaded French fries. HORRIBLE. Nothing redeeming about cold fries, nasty flavor chips and all three dips were terrible.Movie, seats, service couldn't help with the one star review.

I love this theater! I am a member of their Infinity Club and it is worth every penny spent to join. I don't have time to get to the movies as much as I would like and they shift some newer movies out pretty quickly so I miss out on them. I go when I can and everyone is always friendly and helpful. DO be sure to check your tab before leaving however because you could be taken advantage of if they close it out on their own (which they often do and add their tip) so better to be safe-check it before you leave. Otherwise, visit this little gem of a place, relax and enjoy the show!

Update, Anna B has stated that they have been in contact with us. I spoke to a woman at HR that was supposed to call my wife for the information she was asking me about that I did not have. Guess what? No one called my wife and got this info and Matt the GM at this location never reached out to anyone except his HR. Customer service is lacking and a message on yelp doesn't help your customer service. And after reading other reviews Matt doesn't have the greatest reputation when it comes to customer service. Once again, if you go here don't let them take your card especially if it's a gift card. Plus there are way better places to spend your money that offer the same service. Try Flix Brewhouse if you want a good experience going to the movies.

Not a good experience. Food was delivered first, and drinks didn't come for another 15 or more minutes later (and yes we asked). Everything was cold by the time you could actually eat. The sound quality was also terrible... my soundbar at home is superior. It was almost like the sound was turned down to the lowest level... difficult to hear dialogue, etc. We asked about this as well, and they seemed to do something halfway through the movie to make an improvement. Too bad we only got to enjoy the second half of the movie and had to eat cold food.

Great movie theater. Easy park and walk in. Comfortable seats with electric leg extension. Popcorn is tasty and comes in a large bowl. Coconut chicken is pretty crunchy but tasty.

It is my go to theater. I'm an Infinity member which is an awesome deal. It is close; it's comfortable, screens are awesome and customer service is ok. But I've had a few major issues of late that makes me question their food. I had their carnitas and the meat was rotten. I called the manager and he said they check their food and I was wrong. How do mistake the taste of rotten meat? I ordered an appetizer that I paid over 12.00 for that was burnt. Also, I think someone spit in the middle of my popcorn on 9/1 only because I asked if my svc button was broke as the reason why I had to flag someone for service 25 minutes into the movie. I was told it wasn't. I will never eat or drink anything there again.

Everything went perfect since the moment we entered .. everyone seemed so nice and love their job except when we got our drinks . My husband asked if he could get it changed because his coke tasted a little weird .. the girl that came when we called was absolutely rude.. not only did she say " well that is coke" when we thanked her for switching the drink .. all she said was "aha" and walked away. A "no problem, or of course" would hv been more appropriate. It's not like we got the drinks for free. The rest of the staff was amazing and so was their food! We would have given a 5 star if it wasn't for the last server who was rude about my husband's coke. And the popcorn a little too too salty
