We were hungry and saw this roadside BBQ stand. We had a pulled pork and a brisket sandwich. They were both excellent. It was juicy, tender, and smoky flavor. The smoke wasn't too strong like at some places. The sandwiches were a good size and the sauce was perfect. I'll drop by again next time I'm in the area.

Today was my first time trying Longhorn Barbecue. The owner was super nice! They were out of the baked potato but I went an hour before closing so I want surprised. Instead I opted for the tacos and brisket plate. The brisket tacos were good! A little spicy for me but I'm a wimp when it comes to spice. The brisket was flavorful and some of the much better brisket I've had in dfw. The potato salad was definitely my favorite side. I'll make sure to go back earlier next time for the baked potato!
