Long Time Ago

Solid Chinese place for takeout.I've ordered from this place through Uber Eats multiple times. Mainly just chicken fried rice (I crave velvet chicken from time to time) and the chili wonton soup.Everything is usually packed nicely.

This spot is a hidden gem. We were trying to get some late night eats and this popped up and was the fastest for delivery so we ordered it and I'm so glad we did because I would have never gotten food from it just by looking at its name! It made since after I saw the Chinese name because it's just a literal translation. I tried the ribs, teriyaki chicken, spam musubi, bbq beef and bbq chicken. The ribs and teriyaki chicken were my favorite. The ribs weren't charred like they normally are but tender and well seasoned. The teriyaki chicken tasted very fresh and juicy. The bbq dishes weren't as good as the other two, but they weren't bad. The spam musubi was very good and the spam was not salty at all! It had a sauce but it wasn't overly sweet like it normally is. Come try this place and don't let the name fool you.

This place has changed and updated so much lately. The service has been incredible each time where they answered questions and made great suggestions. I've been four times in the last 3 weeks because it's been so good each time! I've had things from the Hawaiian BBQ menu and the traditional menu too. The beef, barbecue beef, and the short ribs are to die for, and everything accompanying it was perfect. I've also gotten their mapo tofu and it was great too. Just thinking about this spot makes me want to go back! I'll add more pictures when I go back too! Even though I've gotten everything to go, the space is cozy and clean, so I'll probably go one evening and dine in.

Great food always prepared fresh. It's casual and they are very nice and accommodating. I've eaten there or picked up takeout about 5 times so a pretty good sample. I highly recommend.

I ate here on three occasions. The first of which everything came out great. Sadly it began to go down hill. They started skimping on the meat and charged me extra for duck sauce after I paid and ordered ahead when I asked for 4 packets of duck sauce for an order for two people. Can't be serious. The customer service here was deplorable. I hate when someone acts like they don't understand English all of a sudden when it's convenient because they get called out. Not falling for it. Very annoying. Such practices will eventually lead to it being a "long time ago" you were open for business cuz you're clearly struggling as is.

Please in the name of God, do not order the walnut shrimp... you have been warned. The lo mein was trash. The lady was so nice tho. Didn't like the smell upon entry.

The food is amazing. Have not had great Chinese like this in a while. One of the best places I have been served at. The lady who served me was beyond nice. The place looks great from renovations and smells very nice too. Excited to go back and eat more

I'm sad. This place has been a go to for us. But, tonight, the sesame beef was so overcooked, we couldn't eat it. The egg drop soup had no flavor, the walnuts on the walnut shrimp tasted rancid. I'm sad that the newer interior has led to food that is inferior. I hope it was just a bad night

Our first visit for lunch was an eye-opener. I was put off by the outer appearance, but my wife prevailed. Upon entering we found an immaculate, if spare, space. The lunches we had were wonderful - beef teriyaki and breaded, sliced chicken breast, each with rice, macaroni salad (!), on a bed of cabbage. Hugh portions, inexpensive, and free bottle of water! Courteous and friendly service! Without reservation - a wonderful lunch!We live 45-minutes away, but this will no be a go-to restaurant!
