It's good ... I live near, so it's reliable if you live close. Is it the best, no. But it is good. The service is quick. The sides are some already pre made in a side fridge. So just grab and go. The set up is kind of a cafeteria style. Grab your food and sit. Clean after yourself kind of spot.

After doing my own barbecue for 5 years, and having been lucky enough to zig zag the Midwest and south, I know what I like. The brisket tastes like dog food, it's dry. No smoke ring, no flavor unless pedigree counts. The ribs eh. They were edible. Surprisingly the smoked turkey was epic and the saving grace of this establishment. If I come back again, it's either for the turkey or the Texas rangers.

So I was really hungry when I walked in. The line moved fast which was great. The service was like the lunch lady me at school, just quick and to the point. I ordered the half pound ribs and much ended up 2 bones for $10.58 so $5.25 per bone. The ribs were tender with decent smoke. I also grabbed a container of the blue cheese slaw, which was really weird but kinda in a good way. I think if you really like blue cheese, which I do, you'll find it interesting. I got a 3 pack and f deviled eggs that had a smokey flavor:Overall the meal was ok but nothing outstanding. My total was $20 so a pretty good price for lunch when you consider the area.

This place deserves all the stars in the world! We decided to eat here at it is located right next to the stadium. I ordered the jalapeño sausage, a small mac & cheese, and a small coleslaw. As I tried each item I was in shock they were all so amazing!! I immediately googled where the nearest Lockhart was to my hometown, to my dismay, there is not one within three hours, and my heart broke from there. I immediately googled the recipe for their coleslaw. It had some kick to it and a special crunch, and it was the best coleslaw I've had in my entire life - I promise you.The mac & cheese is so cheesy so creamy and so beyond perfect, definitely recommend this to every single person. The sausage was also really good and you get a really large helping for the price. really truly cannot recommend this place enough. you order at the counter and take it to your seat.

Took my dad here for a fathers day lunch and luckily it wasn't to busy. The bbq was regularly priced and i ended up getting a pound of brisket and some links. All of it was delicious and split between the two of us. The bar is right inside the restaurant to make it easy to refill your cup. Definitely a good spot to check out in Texas live

Had lunch with my son here for father's day. We ordered the one bound of brisket, yhe original and jalapeño sausage, along with baked beans and brisket devil eggs. The brisket was really tender and a great smokey flavor. The jalapeño sausage barely had any kick, but the original sausage tasted really good. The baked beans and devil eggs were also good. Although a little expensive we enjoyed our meal, and the atmosphere.

So much meat! We ordered the half chicken, two ribs, 1/2 pound of brisket and the jalapeño sausage with spicy coleslaw, brisket potato salad and brisket deviled eggs. The Brisket potato salad was some of the best I've ever had and I loved the kick of spicyness that it had. Same with the spicy coleslaw. We came on a Tuesday afternoon with absolutely no line or large crowds.

Based on our previous experience, we came back this time to try their meats. Our party tried the turkey, brisket, ribs, and both types of sausage. The brisket was hit and miss. Some cuts were good, but others had too much fat that hadn't cooked through. Lots of grease saturated through the wrapping paper after just a short walk to our table. Sausage was tasty, but a little too dry and the same goes for the turkey. Some of the sides this time were underwhelming. The eggs, potato salad, and blue cheese slaw got high ranks. The cobbler, regular slaw, and Mac and cheese were all things we'd not order again. The beans had some large chunks of brisket in them, but were lacking quality flavor. Overall, this is not a place I'd recommend if looking for what I consider "good" Texas BBQ.

Friends and I came here for lunch after our tour of the neighboring Globe Life Field. I ended up ordering the beef brisket, a serving of the original (not the jalapeño -- because I'm a delicate little flower when it comes to spice, haha) sausage, and a side of the Lockhart slaw (along with 3 slices of bread). I probably would have ordered a portion of the pulled pork as well - just to try it - but they didn't have any available at that time (a bit of a bummer, especially because they weren't super busy or anything). The sausage was probably my favorite part of the meal vs the brisket which seemed both overly fatty and had bark that seemed excessively burnt (with no real taste other than 'burnt'). The Lockhart slaw was okay, but I'd probably try the bleu cheese slaw next time. All around, just a very average meal. The service was friendly & the ambiance was inviting. I wasn't necessarily a huge fan of the large amount of butcher paper used to wrap individual meat orders, because, especially with bread slices inside the wrapping, it seemed a bit awkward to carry around (the wrapping came open easily). Also, as you're unwrapping everything, your table can become quite overwhelmed with everything and messy - especially as you're trying to share space with others who have their own food orders. TL;DR the main highlight of this Lockhart location is the convenience of it being within Texas Live / nearby Globe Life Field (and not too far from AT&T Stadium). Wasn't especially impressed with the brisket here, and would've preferred the pulled pork. If you're looking for bbq in Texas, perhaps visit the flagship Lockhart Smokehouse location in Dallas instead (I've never been there, but Texas-based friends have said good things). There are better options in the Arlington area either way though.

Good, not great BBQ. The location works for a good meal before the game without being gouged in the park. Nice dining room in and out. We had deviled eggs which were very dense, not creamy. Turkey was good, brisket was ok. Jalapeño sausage was delicious - best item on the menu. Service was friendly and kept the tables clean as this is a busy place on game day.
