NORMA AND EVAN ARE AMAZING TO WORK WITH!After visiting lot of high end furniture stores in Dallas, we decided to go there and check our their store. My first impression was Norma is passionate and knows her stuff. I didn't feel like she just wanted to make a sale. Norma and her husband spend two whole days with us after coming to our house and measuring everything to make sure we get what we want. We finally got all of our house furnished with their help! It feels magical! My family loves the outcome. Even my 5 years old can't stop talking about how beautiful our house is!You get high end furniture paying half of the price compare to lot of other furniture stores in Dallas.

We recently bought an apartment in Dallas and we were in a rush to get it completely furnished. A good friend recommended Evan and Norma at Living Modern based on his experience working with them previously. Our service experience from the beginning was amazing! We didn't have time to shop during the day so Evan and Norma stayed open late for us and had already reached out to the Realtor for a copy of the floor plan to save us time. Because they had done their homework on the apartment and our style prior to our arrival it only took a couple of hours in their spacious and comfortable showroom to select couches, barstools, bedrooms, dining table, lamps, art...yes all the furnishings for the entire two bedroom unit. They had the items we wanted in their local warehouse so there was no waiting like there usually is for high quality furnishings; and when we wanted barstools that they didn't have in inventory they loaned us some from the showroom until ours came a couple of weeks later. Our furniture delivery was just days after our showroom visit and they came onsite to help coordinate and make sure that each piece was placed and styled perfectly. They also worked directly with electricians and installers on our behalf. Our new home now looks like it came straight out of a style magazine. Quality selection, no waiting, fair prices, and epic service.

I have tried to go several times now. Left work early to go there to try and buy or order a sofa. Just had the gate shut on my partner and myself over a half hour before closing. No one answered my calls. No one answered the bell. Not sure what's up with this place, but the positive reviews all seem to be from before 2021. I won't be wasting anymore time.

It says to not pull on door and ring the bell. I rang twice then looked through the glass and made eye contact with a man that still didn't come to open the door. I felt foolish standing there waiting so I made it back to my car when I saw someone finally coming to the door, although very slowly. At that point I was embarrassed and left since I guess I looked to poor to shop there and wasn't welcomed. Wear your best if you want them to open the door. I'll go to the design district during the week instead.

All of my shopping experiences that brought me to Living modern furnishings have been awesome. You can go in and take your time browsing or get immediate assistance from their talented staff.Back in April I ordered a Media Sideboard. When it was time for delivery, it was white glove treatment all the way. It fit into my living area perfectly and I'm still getting comments from friends that it really pulled everything together from a design and function perspective!!Thanks again Shelly

Wow Dallas you need to shop here! All those modern homes going up in Highland Park this furniture is perfect and the quality will match the home. Awesome place. You can purchase right off the floor and have it in your home within days or the next day. I cant say enough about how wonderful the furnishing are here. First-Class all the way! From my first walk-in visit, to the installation, I couldn't be happier. The Team at Living Modern was (and still is) 100% professional and available for any questions or concerns during the entire design process. Evan, Norma, and Shelly listened, educated me on the various brands the proudly offer, and merged an amazing mix of furniture, case goods, accessories, and art that have been realized in my modern, yet relaxed, new home. Bravo! Living Modern will be my go-to for any new furnishings into the future.

I can't begin to express how thankful we were to find Living Modern Furnishings & Design!!! Our family had to lease a condo in the University Park/Dallas area and furnish it in 5 days. Feeling defeated by the process on day 3 we thankfully passed the store front and pulled in... From the moment we met Evan, (which we did not know at first he was the owner) he was willing to take a look at our space and help solve our problems... his wife, Norma joined in as well. These people know customer service!!! They have a beautiful collection of furniture to choose from, are so knowledgeable on the lines they carry and are hands down just amazing! Hands down I will be using them again in the future, sharing this experience and referring them endlessly!
