I think I have found my sandwich place! Loved the pita bread here, tried their Mediterranean sandwich which was so flavorful and the best part was the bread! Clean and quality food, the salad was really fresh! Good service and a nice cozy ambiance for a nice lunch or breakfast! Highly recommend this place if you love sandwiches and quality food!

So right off the back this place does not look like much from the outside and once you walk in there is nothing special about it, but you can tell it's a very clean restaurant and the service is amazing. They're so nice friendly and helpful now let's get to the food! this food here is really good!!!Macaroni and cheese : it was good. 6.5/10Potato salad : ok 5/10Baked potato soup : super good 10/10 Birria melt: surprisingly good 9/10 Chimichurri steak sandwich : 10/10 Pineapple kale smoothie : 5/10 I prefer more pineapple tasteAgua de Jamaica :9/10 one of the best I've had taste like it's actually made from Jamaica and I just made from powder So overall, the food here is really good. Can't wait to go back and try other food here. The only bad thing is this place is a little too far from me, but if I'm in the area, I will stop here guaranteed

Lito's Kitchen did not disappoint! The whole experience was faster than it took me to get here lol, and it was worth it.I got the barbacoa birria melt, baked potato soup and a banana-berry smoothie. Everything came out within 5 mins, and it all tasted so fresh! I definitely want to come back and try other sandwiches on the menu, and that pineapple-kale smoothie. The lady at the register was very nice and friendly. The dining area wasn't very busy but a lot of traffic came in and out during our short visit. I'd definitely make the drive again to try something else as I have no doubt it's all delicious!

Always such a fan of Lito's! I was delighted to try the Ruben this time, and it was fantastic! For whatever reason, the Italian didn't hit as good for me this time, but it was still yummy!

Lito's is not in my usual bubble, but if I'm in the area, I will certainly be grabbing lunch here. The place is kitschy, with plenty of silly signs to amuse you while you wait in line. This place is crazy busy during lunch, and for good reason. Sandwiches are excellent. I had the Barbacoa Melt and loved it!! Cookies and drinks are good as well, and service is on point.

Cute and cozy place. Went around lunch and the place was packed. Customer service was friendly and attentive even through the lunch rush! There is an area for to go orders that make picking up seamless and easy. Cookies and pastries looked amazing but I didn't get one, next time for sure! I got the brisket bowl and the portions didn't disappoint! All the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The agua fresca was a perfect pairing.

Another amazing visit. This time we opted for the Greek salad and chicken veggie bowl. Both were packed with flavor. If you see a random squeeze bottle with orange pup, grab it with caution. It is spicy, but oh so yummy for those who enjoy Chiles. Lunch can get busy, but there was always a table open. You bus your own table so be sure to leave it clean for the next diners.

I recently discovered Lito's Kitchen in Garland, Texas, thanks to a Yelp Elite event, and I'm so glad they partnered for the occasion, it gave me a chance to try a spot I might have otherwise missed. From the moment I walked in, the experience was inviting. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and I was greeted right away with friendly service. The ambiance was quaint and cozy, setting the tone for a pleasant meal.I had a tough time deciding between the steak chimichurri and the chicken club sandwich, but I ultimately chose the steak chimichurri and it did not disappoint. The bun was perfectly toasted, the steak was cooked to perfection, and the chimichurri added a great pop of flavor. My only small disappointment was that the sandwich didn't come with a pickle, which I feel would have been a nice touch.Overall, I had a great experience and would love to return to try something else from the menu, maybe even pair it with an espresso next time. If you're in the area, Lito's Kitchen is worth checking out!

I used to drive around this area all the time, so I'm kicking myself for not knowing about this hidden gem until recently, thanks to DFW Yelp Elite. This small, hole-in-the-wall spot near I-635 and Garland is an unassuming treasure. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, making the experience even better. By lunch time, the place was packed with many people. Now, let's dive into the food:Food:- Barbacoa Melt | Birria (10/10): This sandwich was nothing short of incredible. The sourdough bread was perfectly toasted, adding a delightful crunch that complemented the tender, flavorful birria. The birria was deeply rich, with smoky and savory notes that paired beautifully with the consommé. Each bite was joyous, with the consommé elevating the sandwich to another level--it's an absolute must-try.- Turkey Avocado Sandwich (7/10): This was a solid turkey and avocado sandwich, but the standout feature was the focaccia bread. The soft, herby bread added a touch of elegance to an otherwise classic combination. While it didn't blow me away, it was fresh and satisfying.- Tomato Basil Soup (9/10): This soup transported me back to a spot in Denton that used to serve my favorite tomato basil. Smooth and velvety, it had a perfect balance of tangy tomato and fragrant basil without being overpowering. It's hearty, comforting, and easily one of the best versions I've had in years.- Mac & Cheese (5/10): The mac and cheese was decent but didn't stand out. It wasn't bland like some store-bought versions, but it lacked the bold flavors or spices that could have made it special. A little extra seasoning or a unique twist could elevate this dish.Side note: They have this hot sauce which was amazing btw with notes of ginger, garlic, and some other things. It's very spicy FYI, so eat it cautiously. Overall:This spot is a true hidden gem! I'd happily return to explore more of the menu. With so many enticing options left to try, I'm already planning my next visit. Solid 8/10.

Lito's Kitchen in Garland offers a great experience with its inviting open ambiance and helpful staff. I tried the Cuban Sandwich, Pineapple Kale Smoothie, and a Snickerdoodle cookie. The sandwich was delicious, and the smoothie was refreshing definitely worth trying. However, I wasn't a fan of the cookie's texture; I prefer my cookies chewy and soft, which this one wasn't. Despite that, I'll definitely return to try more from their menu whenever in the area.
