I have been using these guys for three years now and have been nothing but impressed! The reservation is easy and the communication with the client it top notch. The guys who come set everything up are friendly and fast. I honestly have nothing bad to say. Highly recommend!

After booking our bounce house rental, I immediately got a confirmation email and a phone call that same day to firm up details. They called 30 mins before arriving (as promised) and the setup was quick, rental was clean and pick-up afterwards was prompt. Front to end service without hassle. Would use them again.

After going to a jump time I wanted to add to my review. Jump time was really fun even though they only had one room open; but the lady working said that was really odd for a Friday which is their busiest free jump day . The lady working was extremely helpful when I asked her about birthday parties and redeeming my groupon was a really easy. The biggest issues were that the vending machines were out of everything and that because they only had the one room open it was a little crowed. (And some parents were socializing with eachother instead of watching their kids but that happens most free play places so not the places fault!) We will be back!

Terrible customer service and extremely misleading information on site. I ordered the patriot bouncer with "pool" however there was no pool at the end. Only a bumper. The water run off caused lots of mud which can be expected however not what I wanted which is why I rented the "pool". Once they arrived, I inquired about the discrepancy and was told that I wasn't the only one who complained about this. I called the numbers and no answer. No one works on the weekends which makes it difficult to get things resolved when you have issues or concerns. Spoke with the customer service representative on Monday and she came across like, "well what would you like me to do" when I expressed my concerns. I explained the the website is extremely misleading with saying the bouncer slide had a pool at the end when it clearly was NOT a pool. My husband then had to spend a LOT of time and money going and onlooking for an inflatable pool in the stores. She said it was a "splash pool". So I asked why was that not said on the website. Cause had it been. I would not have rented that one or might have gone with a different provider. She places me on hold and comes back and says the owner said "it is what it is" and there is NOTHING they can do. WOW is all I can say. As a business owner, it's super unfortunate that the approach of businesses is to completely blow off their customers after they receive their money. I reached out to them immediately when I had the concern but no one to answer so it's not like I just used them and wanted my money back after already using their services. Poor communication. Misleading website. Terrible business practices. I would absolutely NOT recommend them and they will never receive business from me or anyone I know again. For me, it's sometimes not the actual problem that is the concern but the way you treat people and their business when they CHOOSE to spend money with you versus your competitors.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!As a former bounce house company owner I know that safety, customer service, and referrals are the key to growing and maintaining a successful business. First, this company is RUN by kids. Yes, there is an adult owner, but the day to day operations are handled by kids. These kids have no regard to safety and allow kids to behave unsafely on the equipment. I know. My youngest daughter had her nose broken on one of their slides because the ride operators were allowing too many kids to slide down at one time. Immediately following her accident, with blood going everywhere, no adults could be found to assist and the kids were too overwhelm to be helpful. Second, after selling our bounce house company I had an occasion to rent a bounce house and I tried Let's Jump. What a disaster. The driver was late arriving and 2 hours early to pick up. I wound up speaking to the owner who decided to start arguing with me. Really? Who's the customer here?I would never recommend Let's Jump to a friend or enemy.

It's hard to find a bounce house company. So many are privately owned and run out of somebody's garage, and very few have helpful reviews. We chose this one for our company picnic because their address is an actual business, and the reps on the phone were friendly and professional. BEWARE. The people on the phone have nothing to do with what actually happens on the day of your event. o The unit arrived three and a half hours late. It was crystal clear on the form that we were scheduled for 1PM, in the agreement it states that the unit would either be delivered much earlier due to scheduling or up to an hour late. Which would have been fine. Three and a half hours late is beyond acceptable.o The driver gave unrealistic status updates all day long. Rather than being told the truth we were continually told "I'm on my way" throughout the duration of our party, making us lead on children and families and greatly increasing the disappointment and frustration of our 150+ guests. It is not fun to lie to kids. They don't know what happened with the driver, they just know that I am the person who told them all day long "Oh hey guys, the bounce house will be here at 2:30! Just kidding, 3:30! Just kidding, 4:30!" I still feel horrible about this. o The driver was poorly equipped to handle the equipment, and was extremely unprofessional. He kept telling me he was late because they have him running all over town and he couldn't get from one place to another quickly enough. He also said he was having a rough day and wished he could just give up but he couldn't. This is not the kind of information to pass on to customers, there is clearly a staffing and scheduling problem and that isn't our responsibility or liability. He also took 30-60 minutes to "wrap his ankle" while he had said he was on his way, and then at one point, a half hour after he was supposed to have arrived he called and said "Well I was just getting to thinking, if your party is almost over, should I even come?" o When he finally did arrive, so many kids and parents had left that we told him to just inflate one unit. Kids got to jump on it for about 10-15 minutes and then while we were down the hill signing paperwork it deflated, WHILE KIDS WERE ON IT. We weren't offered an explanation or apology, he just packed up and left! o I was unable to contact any management on the day of the event and was made to sign a billing form I didn't agree with.When I contacted management on Monday they agreed to a full refund and were professional about the whole thing. But the damage can't be undone, I don't know what I'm going to do about all of my coworkers' kids thinking I'm a liar. Next year we plan to get bounce houses from somewhere else where we can pick them up ourselves, and we will just pay our own staff to be on duty to set them up. No matter how good the intentions of the business or management staff are, the front lines staff make or break the event, and this definitely broke ours as far as kids were concerned. This place needs to get organized, and hire the right people to deliver their bounce houses. Until that happens, do yourself a favor and FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE.

After trying to call for hours, no answer, we decided to take our chances and go to Let's Jump. Mistake. We were stopped at the door. They were at capacity. My complaint.....answer the phone. The website says to call for space availability...that would be fine IF they would answer the phone.

very poor instructions that caused a concern about safety. Business did nothing to relieve concern after minor injury. This led to the slide being returned essentially unused. The owner had a staff person call me who was told that there would be no refund of any kind. This was before anyone had heard our story. we've rented other times with good results. However, the first time we had an issue they managed it very poorly!

Run, Run, Run as far away from this company as possible.Rented a bounce house from them in May. Pick up was delayed by two days because of heavy rains. That was'nt a huge problem. The problem started with their pickup crew jumping my fence, pullng the accuator pin on my privacy gate (damaging the gateand trespassing) opening it manually and then backing up my driveway. Not a way to do business.There are other companies who are far more reputable.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY... used it for my Nephews 3rd birthday party we had for him. They brought us the obstacle bounce house completely soaked with used food,Cups, used capris sun pouches, dirty napkins, plates,knifes, dirt n mud. Throughout the whole bounce house. I Called and spoke with someone they acted like they cared. But never got back to me. Not like they were cheap either. But the customer service from the staff they have is horrible.
