We were looking for a nice spot for a pre-Holiday meal, and found Eatily. After reviewing the menus for the three restaurants we selected this one due to the variety on the menu.We did not have a reservation and were seated right away-table for 3.The ambiance was nice, definitely a good mix of large groups and twosomes. While we were seated right away, it did take awhile for a server to engage us. (About 7-10 min) I think we were on the backend of a rush period so this wasn't an issue to start. However throughout the meal, getting to order, refill drinks and food there was a definite extended absence. As an example two of our meals arrived together and the third came separately. So much so that the two dishes were cooled when the third arrived. And after the food arrived at here was a note a notable absence when we were looking to get refills. The food was incredible everything we had had a wonderful flavor and the quality of the food was incredible. We had two appetizers, drinks (cocktails and wine), three main courses, and additional cola and the price was wonderful. Great food, good value. The pizza-Mielo was great, the spicy hit hard. It's not a light or mild spice. The lobster linguine was good, lobster superb. The pasta did have a slight tint of fishy, two people tasted one loved it and one thought it was a tad much. The fettuccine was a crowd favorite, the whole table eat! The table side toss in the cheese was a hit!The bream, prosciutto and calamari appetizers set the tone for a great meal. Wonderful presentation, great temp and flavorful. The drinks were a bit strong, the mezcal over powering in the seasonal cocktail. Trenchtown Grove.Overall we had a wonderful dinner, we will return and hope for better service.

a fancy mid italian restaurant. had high expectations due to the up scale atmosphere and high prices but nothing we had you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. the three different types of bread was a good appetizer, they were nice and fluffy. i had the tagliatelle with the bolognese and it was a sadly mid and nothing special. it was good, but you could find better for cheaper else where.staff was extremely friendly but prices were extremely high.

Came here for the first time. It looks very fancy and the prices do reflect that as well. I would say it's a good spot for date night. However, it can be very noisy on a busy day. Service was good and seating seemed plentiful even on a busy day. I think it's cool how this restaurant is inside of the Eataly store tucked away from the grocery store. The food was good too. Nothing super special but better than average. Again, great place to come on a date but just keep in mind about the noise levels and such.

The ambiance is really lovely featuring housemade pastas and other italian cuisine. The downside to it is that the food was bland and service was lacking. We didn't have silverware to start off even after getting our appetiser. The focaccia bread was just ok and we were recommended to pair it with the burrata. The burrata tasted really good and already had a small slice of bread with it but that bread tasted stale. For our entries we got fettuccine and gnocchi and added chicken on both. Pretty sure they forgot to cook the chicken cause by time we finally got it, our pastas got cold. The fun part was watching the fettuccine come in a wheel of parm cheese, other than that, this place is meh.Our server was nice but with the forgotten silverware, food, and wait time on the protein... I feel it's a 3/5 in my book.

This was one of my many times at La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly and was not disappointed. Our experience was so nice & we enjoyed every second! We found out later that it was our servers first day on her own & we would've never guessed.. she was so good! We needed something quick so we ordered the Burrata E Pesto pizza (my favorite) with some calamari & focaccia blanka! It was packed on a Friday night but died down a little before 9! The restaurant is clean & feels lively! We enjoy coming here often :)

Dinner last night was pretty good. It was empty when we got there around 6:00 but was packed when we left at 7:30. The place is clean and modern with low lighting. Our server was friendly and tried very hard but admitted her English wasn't great so we had just a little confusion. Nothing bad, good for a laugh. I ordered an Aperol Spritz and it was delicious! Better than some I've had in Italy. Nicely balanced and not bitter. I'd pass on the arancini next time. There are 4 and they're roughly the size of a golf ball. Not like true Sicilian arancini. I had the bucatini cacio e Pepe and it was good. My daughter in law said the linguine was good (prepared table side in a Parmesan wheel). My husband had the lasagna and said the top was far too crusty and dry from being reheated. It was just okay. We will likely go again and try the pizza.

Burrata, Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese, and Focaccia Super cute place in Eataly! Nice interior, we had to make reservations for our group of 10. They have pretty good deals for appetizer+entree combos. Wines were good. Burrata was pretty great, I liked it a lot. The tagliatelle was somewhat disappointing--weak noodle, sauce not that impressive. Decent portions though. Focaccia was solid. Servers were great!

La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly Dallas is a genuine Italian restaurant located inside Eataly at NorthPark Center. The menu is full of Italy's most popular dishes and are all delicious. The one flaw is that it's expensive. I mean really expensive. If you want a legitimate Italian meal in a mall, this is your place. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return)Atmosphere - La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly Dallas is located in the heart of Eataly Dallas. Surrounded by a well-stocked Italian market, it's has a unique mix of curious shoppers and patrons who want to experience fine Italian cuisine. If on a weekend, it's very busy. Buzzing with people and great energy, you know this is as very popular spot. Be sure you make reservations! 1 Star.Service - The service didn't quite match the quality of the cuisine. Our server really didn't seem to be into serving us. She wasn't bad, she just didn't seem interested. The restaurant was very busy on my Saturday night visit so this may have contributed to the indifference. 1/2 Star. Food - I'm a fan of Neapolitan pizza, and so I ordered the Margherita "A RUOTA DI CARRO". The hearty dough was thin in the middle, allowing the San Marzano sauce and mozzarella and their flavors to shine. You'll want to use a fold method as the middle is thin. I paired this with the Fettucine al Burro. Wow. They will prepare this dish at your table. The fettuccine is mixed and stirred directly in a parmesan wheel. It's super rich and a perfect compliment to my pizza. I ended my meal with the Tiramisu. Nothing to add except that it was delicious. The only flaw in my meal was the bill. Expect to pay $50 per person for your meal. 1 1/2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. While La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly Dallas is really good, it's also really expensive. Even so, I like how I can eat a delicious Italian meal inside of a mall. Yes, I'll be back. 1 Star.

La Pizza & La Pasta has been one of our favorite restaurants at Eataly Dallas, and we have been visiting this place for quite some time. The restaurant has undergone many changes, but the one we miss the most is the wonderful, heartfelt service provided at the bar by Xhemile. Xhemile has been relocated from the bar to assist in other areas of the restaurant. We have encountered many other bartenders who lack her skills and delightful personality. Since our first visit to the bar, Xhemile has listened attentively, introduced us to the menu, explained the differences between various types of pasta, and recommended drinks and dishes while considering our preferences. We urge the managers to bring back this talented young lady to the bar, as she excels with pride, passion, preparation, professionalism, and presentation.
