Cash only - seems authentic, they had the news on in Spanish :) I ordered steak street tacos to go - the beef was a bit dry but the corn tortillas and hot sauce were really good. The red sauce is very spicy! I will go again but maybe during a busier day and hope the beef will be more tender.

Visiting Dallas and wanted some real Mexican food. We aren't from Texas so we know that Tex-Mex food is ... well, not really what we would say real Mexican food. Not bashing on it, but no, that's not Mexican food. I found this place on good ol' Yelp and paid them a visit. It was definitely what I was looking for and more. It doesn't look like much outside and when we got there, it looked like it was closed. We went and checked the door and it was open. We went in and ordered different items from the menu. Some of us got the chilaquiles, some red, and I ordered the green ones (green always wins in my book). I have to say that the green ones had a spicy kick to them. I got a taste of the red ones and didn't taste spicy at all. I knew I made the right choice. I tore that plate up. I also had a taco de adobada/pastor and that was also good. The meat had a good flavor. By the time we finished eating, they were busy both with people eating there and people picking up food. I think if they took cards (they're cash only), they would definitely increase their business. Sometimes its a drag to go to the ATM first and then go eat, but I gotta say, if you are thinking of this place, do it! go to the ATM and go order some food.

My partner and I visited on a slow Friday afternoon. We ordered four chicken, one steak, and one carnita taco with grilled onions. The chicken and steak tacos were seasoned well but the carnitas lacked a lot of flavor. It was mostly fat. They don't double the tortilla and it's not cooked crispy so it gets soggy quickly. The winner of the meal were the sauces. The green and red sauces both had different flavors and the right amount of heat. They do need to clean up better here. There was one other person eating inside but the resisting itself was dirty. I wouldn't mind visiting again if the cleanliness improved.

The food, flavor and attention to customer remind me of being at my Mexican parent's home: humble spot, solid good food (I had the 4-chicken flautas plate with rice and beans), and best of all--the attention! The sincere cashier/waitress served with a smile. She gave me 4oz samples of LEGIT fresh cantaloupe and horchata drinks: I got the awesome cantaloupe. I would definitely come back to try the 40 item menu and weekend-only made specials: pozole and menudo. 5 stars for the service, four stars for the food... I round up for them!

Undercooked tacos, bad customer service, and wrong order. Asked for flour tacos, got corn then refused to fix order and instead wanted to charge me extra for what I actually ordered. Get home and see how undercooked the tacos are and give them a call the same lady answers and when I mention the problem she shifts blame and says "that's not us, we haven't made any order for pick up" so I say ok, apologize and look for the "right" number to find out that I called the right number when she answers again and says it wasn't them I assure them it was then when I ask if I can go get the incorrect items fixed she just says "no". After arguing she eventually caved in saying they don't do that but they'll change it this time and never again. I mentioned You wouldn't have to change anything if you had done it right the first time. I was a little rude because I got upset at how she handled the issue, very poor customer service. Bad food. Definitely better service and food at a gas station taco place.

Authentic tacos that aren't overly seasoned. The carne asada tacos were fantastic. Great "hole in the wall" find.

The best tacos in the area imo! Now I'm no taco guru, but I've had Fuel City tacos and I am in love with them already . For this area, it's hard to find great tasting authentic tacos , so I was glad my bf introduced me to this place . The chicken and beef tacos are pure goodness ! I wouldn't say it's Fuel City status, but pretty darn close . Or to be honest, they may be running neck and neck. You be the judge . Service is decent as your food is made to order . The customer service is nice . You can watch the novela while waiting . Worth a try !

The best breakfast tacos I've ever had, and I have tried many taco places coming from San Antonio. Credit goes to the cute girl at the front that made them. I will be back to try the other tacos. If the barbacoa tacos are good, this will be my go to when I come to visit Dallas.

Everything was delicious, would come back and everything was fresh and homemade. Coffee was delicious and good service, would come back.
