The food we brought home was good, crepes were a bit heavier than I'm used to having and we ordered a breakfast crepe with eggs but were given a strawberry Nutella crepe....it was OK but not what I ordered. The crepe la Madeleine was tasty and I will order it again, but I'll have to try again for the egg crepe... hope we get it next time so I can give a better review.

Boy oh boy they had the entire idiot squad working today. Went in and asked for 1/2 cake. They said they don't "do that", and the best they could do was sell me 4 slices. Which is half a cake. They wouldn't sell it to me without cutting it. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy is like "I am the manager" SMH. How does this place even stay in business? Judging by the size of the "manager" my bet is that he's taking it home with him tonight.

I want to be fair to the employees: there were only two of them, the cook and the cashier/server. This must be a new location, because it was evident that they were still learning. I got the wrong order, my aunt was told to "look online" when she was looking for a menu, and they brought our food to another table before realizing the mistake. They're doing their best, but this location was clearly struggling with efficiency.

Worst service ever. Delays. They will bring your plate with no silverware. The silverware is on the other side of the restaurant. This was a former Einstein Bagels fast food so the store does not fit the other La Madeleine restaurants. Try the other stores off Preston and Royal and off of Northwest Highway.

I'm a long time LM fan (30 years) but this was the first time dining here. It's a counter walk up. The food was cold and quality was poor. It's a shame because I've truly never had a bad meal from La Madeleine. There were two of us at lunch with ice teas and the check was $45+.It was convenient to a store I needed to go into or I wouldn't have eaten there.

Go get the sandwich!!! The ham and cheddar croissant was amazing! I'm going back to have this sandwich again very soon! The service was good but when the food came to the window the lady at the front would disappear and I was stuck looking at it sit there for a few minutes. The interior was very nice and clean. I ended up buying a jar of tomato bisque while waiting for my food.

Disappointing. The good part was the portions of chicken, rice and broccoli were generous. The bad part was that there was not nearly enough mushroom sauce, and the "steamed" broccoli wasn't cooked. If it spent 30 seconds in a steamer, I'd be surprised. What's most disappointing about my to go order is there was no bread. Who goes to la Madeleine and doesn't want the bread??

Continuously disappointing. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich a few months ago hoping that the quality of the food had gotten better (also since this was a new location) and immediately regretted it. Tried to go back today and got a salad sampler to go thinking how can they mess this up, also immediately regretted it. There was literally about 2 spoonfuls of pasta in the cup plus took them like 30 minutes to have it ready along with a pre-packaged Caesar salad and a cup of tomato basil soup. How does that happen? This time I really will not be back, ever. Would give 0 starts if allowed
