Visiting from San Antonio and found this beautiful little place that is women owned. It is so lovely inside and out. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Owner Amity was walking around and she is super delightful. The food was amazing! Had a sweet Julia latte and it is now one of my absolute favorite cups of coffee! My kiddo had banana Nutella crepe and he was in heaven. Very berry French toast was beautifully served and the whipped cream was so fresh! Not a thing on our plates was unsavory. Be mindful that the parking lot is limited and it appeared that this lovely place gets very busy! We went about 930 on a Sunday morning. Please support this women owned business and experience the deliciousness

Wow! Walked in and was stunned by the decor, lovely staff, and adorable dishes. I was sat at the bar, was such a great experience. The owner and staff were super kind and helpful with deciding what to order. My friend and I ordered completely different things and both were stunning in both quality and appearance. She got the strawberry matcha, if you come here definitely order it!!! Will for sure be returning!

This is a cozy and well-decorated breakfast venue with a delicious coffee menu. I've had the Julie latte, and the pumpkin spice latte was also very good, as per my discerning companion. The stuffed French toast was phenomenal and worth the wait. My companion had the Reuben (a substitute for the Caprese due to a basil shortage) and enjoyed the heck out of it. The staff were friendly. I recommend visiting at off-peak hours, especially if you are hungry.

It was surprisingly quiet for a Sunday morning brunch. Since we had a party of 5, we made reservations but didn't seem to need them. It's a cute little place and the service was nice. Lots of french-inspired brunch and lunch options and lattes. The Sweet Julia was much sweeter than I expected and that is coming from somebody that likes sweet. I had ordered the toffee latte but they were out of the ingredients needed to make it. The ham, egg and cheese croissant was ok but was honestly very salty. I couldn't eat much of it because of that. The breakfast potatoes were standard, nothing special. Others in my party really enjoyed the Belgian waffles so maybe consider those instead. Clean cafe.

Nice little brunch place! No one could tell me if we could bring our own bubbles though so that's an issue. BYOB doesn't require a license and I would like the option to bring my own. However, this was our first time here AND it was pretty good!We ordered a strawberry shortcake Belgian waffle for the table. My hubby and our friend ordered omelets. I had already had eggs that morning so I opted for the lunch, grilled chicken on a great Caesar wedge with romaine lettuce. The waffle was the hit of the table! Homemade strawberry cream cheese smack in the middle of a giant waffle with fresh berries. Next time, I'd ask for the waffle to be crispy, it was soft. Either way, it's delicious!Go there, get some. Life is too short for boring food! This is a very decent option in little D - away from the bustle of other places. You'll like it!

I'm all for finding hidden gems. Not only was the food fantastic, everyone was super nice and attentive! Crazy that it made you feel nostalgic like how the good ole days used to be!The decor is really nice! There are comfortable spots all around where you can come grab coffee and sit, read a book, work, etc. comfortable and cozy. The food is outstanding and decadent.Denton has been needing a French-inspired café with a feminine touch and L'Amitié fits the bill. Outdoor seating and a private room is also available.

My friend and I came here for lunch and loved the lovely atmosphere. L'Amitie is a cozy converted house that has plenty of seating inside and a beautiful spot to take pictures. I ordered a couple of sides, the grits, a biscuit, chai latte and scrambled egg. They have a bakery with goodies to take with you. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and delivered our food quickly. They had lovely fruit jam for my biscuit and hot sauce for my scrambled egg. The grits were cheesy, creamy goodness. The chai tea was delicious, sweet and paired well with my sides. I picked up a chocolate chip cookie from the bakery which was huge, dense and delicious. The prices are reasonable and the servers were sweet and offered to take pictures of us by their colorful wall.

My favorite place for brunch in Denton. Food is great, coffee drinks fab, there's a counter that's perfect for singles. Funny but last time I was there I got the lemon blueberry crepes pictured in the ad. Very nice.
