Kyra’s Mesquite Chicken Fish and More

I decided to give Kyra's another chance. I ordered from them earlier this year,but unfortunately I was disappointed again w/ the amount of food you get for your money,the unseasoned fries,and just overall quality of food. Buyer beware

Today was our first time coming here and we are not impressed. Cashier was not friendly, food was tasteless and bland. We waited 20 minutes for food that was bland. Not coming back anytime soon.

A cashier with a bad attitude will drive your customers away..............................................................................

I ordered a whole chicken and received several uncooked pieces I took a video and pictures and text Kyra to let her know she offered to give me a 2pc meal for the raw uncooked chicken. Thankfully we didn't extremely sick but I advised her to make this right. Still never heard from her so I guess I was left to write a review on my bad experience.

I arrived at Kyras @ 7:40 pm, Monday March 25. And soon as I tried(before I even opened my mouth) to place my order the RUDE female cashier said that she wasn't going to drop anything else in the grease. I asked her why not? Because the door was open and they don't close until 8:00pm.Then the cook reiterated in a RUDE manner that she wasn't cooking anything else. I asked if there something already up and she said that it was all accounted for. So I said ok and walked out to my car. Then one of the customers who was sitting there waiting for her order ran out and told me that they had food left over. So when I got back in there I discovered that they had 5 old wings left. So I asked her what about the fries because there was barely any fries left. Now a five piece order of white meat is normally $10.81.So I asked her if she could give me a deal for my inconvenience because most of the fries were gone, and since i couldn't order what I really wanted because they lazily refused to drop just a little more chicken, even though it was still within normal business hours. Unbelievably she refused to give me a break on some old food w/no fries, that she was going to have to throw away anyway!!!! I failed to capture the girls names but I will no longer frequent their establishments. And I will tell EVERYONE I meet about how awful they run their establishment..Business owners need to be made aware when the have these lazy, antisocial, rude, misandrist, selfish and intolerant people who actually hate dealing with people and shouldn't be in any type of customer service position! Btw, when I read the other negative reviews I'm noticing that it's coming primarily from black men, I honestly think these women that work there don't like black men period!

From our experience Kyra's is not up to par as it should be. The Staff is not properly trained. The cooks are inconsistent and lack proper training. We never know if we will get our food cooked, overcooked, or undercooked. Sometimes we receive all three versions. The undercooked food we receive is the most dangerous. We want to be supportive but if Kyra's not does correct this soon we will be forced to take our business else where.

The sweet and spicy tenders sandwich was decent, the tenders were juicy and tender. The chicken thighs and wings were cooked properly but they're bland. The fries were soggy, they wouldn't even crisp up in the oven. The red seasoning on the fries was tasteless, needs salt. A decent meal but you'll want your own seasonings or sauces available on the side.

I have been a customer since before the name changed. I always get the wing baskets and the best part is the seasoning and jalapenos.

The chicken tenders and catfish is so delicious! Their fries have this really good seasoning on it. When I walked into the restaurant the cashier greeted me immediately asking me how my day was , I highly recommend this place I've already visited more than 5 times!

I agree, the chicken is cook, but needs flavor. It tasted like what you would eat in someone's backyard. I was expecting more out of this, now I know not to come here again.
