Great place to bring the kids. Nice staff, always clean, and the kids always have fun running around.Its also a good location, there are a few good restaurants and a Starbucks next door.

Had an amazing experience! The whole place is super clean and well kept! The staff were so kind and made sure to explain everything! The whole place is so fun for all ages! The slides go very fast so just keep an eye out for the littler kids! Will definitely come back!!

We come here often and greeted by very kind staff specifically Ari and Ester! Our kids love it!

Walked in and inhaled febreze, to which the one front desk attendant agreed and felt bad while the other kept spraying. The one who checked us in also didn't seem to appreciate the amount her coworker was spraying and said it smelt very bad as to why she was going nuts with febreze. I understood and paid as quickly as I could to get away from the front gated area so I could breathe. Over an hour later sitting as far from front desk as possible, it happened again. I asked the attendant if they could refrain from spraying so much because it was causing a headache and I have bad asthma which it was effecting my breathing & they seemed to respect the feedback; however, as the smell was finally dissipating, it got strong again. Whoever is working at KE on Arapaho/Hillcrest on 7/26/24 from 1030am-1pm is heavy handed with the febreze to an uneccessary and disturbing extent ! I've been coming to this KE for years and this is blatant disrespect, which is reason enough to make me not come back

So much fun! My family came here on a Wednesday afternoon and it was empty! The location was clean, the staff was nice and the play structure was clean, well kept, safe and very big. The bathrooms were clean, which is Very important due to the fact that your cannot wear your shoes inside. I know we went on a very low traffic day, but I hope this review helps!

Brought my kids here, got in line and waited to get to the front only to find out that I have get out of line to sign a waiver before I could even buy a ticket. Wish I could have known this before waiting in line with my kids for so long. Understaffed and there was vomit on the steps of the play area. Not a single staff member available in the area who was taking care of the facility. Parents had to tell them to clean up.
