If I could give a 0 star I would! My husband and I thought this place would be the best place for our child.. little did we know that after one day, they would prove us wrong.We took a tour of the facility on 11/08 and paid $495 in full (registration/ supplies/weekly dues/camera access) for our son to start attending the following week. His first day was Tuesday 11/16. That same night we got a knock on our door at 10PM. Apparently, one of the "teachers" called CPS on us because of our son's eczema/eczema scarring.On 11/11 I dropped off my son's stuff before he started. I talked with the assistant director Lindsey and told her that my son has eczema but we were not going to send his steroid creams since we apply in the AM/PM at home. I asked if she needs to write it down and she said no. On 11/16 my husband dropped our son off for about 4 hours, when he picked our son back up they didn't bother to question his skin condition. They smiled to his face and made it seem like everything was The CPS worker that showed up knew right when she saw his scarring that it was eczema. How did the "teachers" not know? Eczema is extremely common. They should be able to identify what's abuse and what are common skin conditions.We had our privacy violated by CPS because of the false accusation of abuse. But to add insult to injury, when we pulled our son out the following day, the director we talked with didn't seem too apologetic and they decided to only refund us $190.This place is horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I hope y'all don't enroll your kids here. They need to train their staff better. These accusations can harm families!!!

We have been with Kiddie Academy for almost 3 years now. The teachers and management staff are amazing. It is very open, bright and clean in all of the rooms. Communication is spot on and my son has learned so much. They send lots of pictures and videos on the tadpoles app so I always know the kinds of learning adventures they are up to. I know he is safe as they have top notch security measures. There are two doors to get in the reception and then other doors that could lock if needed that goes into the classroom hallway. My son has a severe food allergy to sesame which can be found in things you'd never realize. Management even went as far as ordering special hummus made without tahini (sesame seeds) to serve to his class. I also had a school aged child attend the summer program and she loved it so much. I highly recommend KA and more specifically, Kandy Rose. She is part of the management staff and is absolutely amazing!

We have been here almost 2 years now. I have a 13 year old and a 3 year old so we have tried quite a few daycares in the area over the years. I can't say enough good things about Kiddie Academy. I posted this review on their Google page last year, and all of it still applies and so much more. They have been so amazing through all of the Covid concerns, and worked with us as parents when times were so uncertain. Here is my review from last year: I toured so many daycares before choosing one for my then 18 month old. For some reason this one did not show up on my search and we ended up at Goddard. We spent 6 months there and it was a really rough 6 months... we decided to try a different place because too many incidents continued to happen. We were referred here by a friend, and signed up at our tour. I cannot say enough good things about this center. The rooms are huge. You have the option to see your baby on camera throughout the day. The teachers are so calm and sweet. They go above and beyond the state teacher to child ratio requirement. The front door is very secure. They provide meals, cots and sheets that they wash daily, and sippy cups for you baby. They have an indoor play area for bad weather and a splash pad. Our daughter had a little accident and they were quick to call my husband and I to let us know, and we were able to watch the accident played back to us since there are cameras. Just a tiny fall. There's a million other great things about this center, but these are just the ones that our previous daycare didn't offer. We were also paying more at our previous daycare. We feel so secure here!! Everything we wanted and so much more.

We have been with Kiddie Academy Alliance since they opened in 2017. They have been the best daycare we have used. Their facility is always clean. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have an educational program from an early age. Our child comes home talking about all the things he learned. They have handled the pandemic situation phenomenally, keeping our kids safe but also remaining open so we could still work. We plan to utilize them for many years to come.

We love Kiddie Academy! My baby has learned so much since starting here, and the teachers have been consistent from the beginning. They have really bonded with him, and he is so happy every day. They have video monitoring so I feel comfortable knowing I can check on him at any point through the day, but I don't feel the need to check in all the time. The staff is always so friendly and know my child by name. If I have a question or concern, it is addressed quickly, and I always feel at ease. I am very particular as a mom, and I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone that asks!

My kids, ages 6 and 7, have been going to Kiddie Academy since they opened in 2017. We absolutely love it, the teachers are all great and show a genuine affection for the kids. As a single mom, Kiddie Academy has given me the peace of mind that my kids are well taken care of while I'm at work or running errands. We've had an amazing experience and recommend Kiddie Academy for any childcare needs!!

Love love love everything about Kiddie Academy! It's my daughters first time attending. The staff is so nice and welcoming from the minute we walk in the school. Previously had been at Primrose for 4 years. Would definitely recommend Kiddie Academy!

Register your child here if you want to send them to an indoor playground center with no educational activities taught. Center has a stated curriculum they follow but there has been no signs of it being used. The only item that seems to be done with education is circle time. The rest of the day is kids running around the room with no direction from the three "teachers". Worst child care center ever! Toys, books and costumes are broken and torn in every classroom. My son attended this location for three months and they will not handle any disciplinary issues and claim that the child is not a good fit for the center. There has not been a week where someone from the staff hasn't called for me to talk to my son over the phone or for me to come pick him up. I expect more when paying as much as this center cost! A child care center should not cost a parent so much time away from work due to the staff not wanting to do their jobs!

Kiddie Academy of Alliance (KAA) is hands down thee epitome of excellence in educational childcare. When I take my kids here I have no doubts that are learning and in great hands. I love the multiple daily pictures with corresponding learning objectives. Lastly, I am fascinated and refreshed by the dedication of teachers and staff! Consistency is key with children and KAA has that covered!
