Jungle Land

It's a wounderful indoor children play place in prosper. I love here so much! This is my first time to bring my girl here and the experience was excellent! This place is so clean and nice organized! And I have to say especially the front desk employee, she's so pretty and friendly.She was patient in talking to my child. That's so sweet!! I will absolutely come again in the future~By the way, thanks for the free snack to my little girl!!!

When you first walk in, the smell of piss slaps you in the face. It stank so bad I wanted to walk right out. The play area was smaller than most soft play places I've been too and when I took my 4 year old to the restroom, they only had 1 bathroom and it smelled like a rat died in there. My kids had fun but there are other places they have had more fun. Not worth $30 in my opinion.

This place was filthy! We went around 2pm, so it's typical for a place like this to be a little dirty, but this is clearly from not cleaning for a long period of time. The lady working just sits at the desk with headphones in. We were very disappointed.

We came here last weekend on a Sunday for the second time. It's a cute little play gym for children I'd say two and under because it's small. It's difficult for children to navigate the cars as there's really no where for them to ride them. My child had fun and everyone was nice. The few disappointments were that the worker was very clearly sick which isn't recommended being around children and some of the toys weren't working or missing pieces. Overall, I probably wouldn't come back since there's so many other larger play gyms to go to.

We love Jungle Land! We hosted our daughter's 2nd birthday party here. All the kids had a great time (younger than 3). The staff was wonderful with setting up the table and cake and with helping clean up. We would definitely recommend for a young child's birthday.

Smaller than expected but overall a fun experience. Definitely gauged towards younger kids. My 1 year old and 6 year old both had fun, but my 6 year old was at the top end.

Brand new indoor kids play space. This place is great for young kids, probably no older than 5. Employees were friendly and everything was clean and functional (which I'd certainly hope so, it's brand new). Jungle Land is basically a smaller version of Dino Kids (Allen). Lots of similar toys but a MUCH smaller space (and far fewer of the toys they do have). Unfortunately they don't appear to limit the number of kids which the other one mentioned does, so it can get REALLY crowded in here. We went on an off day and almost turned around and left, it was so packed, despite walking in the door the minute they opened.My kid really liked the wall where you could throw toys at a projected video game type image, in the ball pit. We hadn't seen that before and all the kids had a great time playing with it. The ball pit exit was too low so balls were getting out all over the place. The merry go round was placed in a dangerous position, my 18 month old almost immediately got stuck and pushed towards the window and it was pretty awkward to retrieve him while he screamed. After that, I didn't feel comfortable letting him wander the area on his own, so I stayed pretty close. The pretend play area had a few toys like doctors jackets and a supermarket scanning aisle but there weren't a lot of accessories to play with, so there were quickly some squabbles over the few items to play with. I'm not sure if they just didn't have enough toys for the area or there isn't enough room to manage all of those toys because like I mentioned before, this place is REALLY small. Given where this location is...it wouldn't surprise me if this is the best indoor play space in the area...but it's far too small and when compared to other local places, it falls short. They need to lower the limit of kids they allow into the play area and reconsider the merry-go-round location, and add some more toys to the pretend area. I'd come back if invited to a private birthday party, but I don't think we will return on our own.

I gave this place 1 star for the service, and the second star is for the location itself. I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members, a younger Asian woman, who was rude during my second visit. When I arrived, she greeted me with an unwelcoming "Oh, you're back," in a negative tone, which I tried to brush off. However, later, while I was packing up to leave, she assumed I hadn't paid for my second child, despite the fact that she should have clarified the payment at the front when I first arrived. Most places don't charge for children under 1, so I didn't say anything, but she still proceeded to accuse me of being rude and told me not to come back. After I apologized, she reluctantly apologized as well.I don't understand why someone who works at a children's facility would have such a negative attitude, especially when part of the job is interacting with kids and parents. On top of that, she seemed disengaged during her shift--staring at the wall, eating her lunch, and giving off a visibly annoyed vibe when it came time to clean up after the kids. I would suggest avoiding this place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays if you want a more pleasant experience. It's unfortunate that this one employee's behavior overshadowed what could have been a nice visit.

We had our sons third birthday here after visiting this location many times. They took great care of us and my boys and their friends had the best time.

We celebrated my son's first birthday here and it was a blast. Communication was rough before the party and during. Could have been cleaned better too. Will be back because my son did really enjoy it but for the money we paid to host a party here... it wasn't worth what we paid for. We paid for additional food on top of the hefty party fee for adults and all the food was just on top of each other not laid out nice and wasn't easy to serve.
