Joes Dug Out Bar And Grill

I had to write a review because my friends and I had a blast here Friday night. It's a fun little "hole in the wall" kind of dive place. But what set it apart was our bartender. Jennifer made all of our nights. She's absolutely the sweetest! So fun, hilarious, and had the whole bar engaged at the same time. She assured us that all of the staff is amazing, but hey I highly recommend going when Jen is there!

Cheap beer, cheap and good burger. Hell ya! Everything you want out of a hole in the wall dive bar. Service was good, but it was slow while I was here. Still, enjoyed it a lot and plan to be back

Might be my new favortie local bar for day drinking. Long bar, with lots of seats. Great waitress, pizza, and wings. Cheaper drinks than any restaurant or venue. Nice neighborhood place.

Do not go into this bar. If the owner doesn't like the songs you play he will just skip them and leave then refuse to come back. I would not recommend this bar at all.

I've been here a couple of times in the last couple of weeks and what can I say other than both visits were very similar.Friendly bar tenders, I'm sure some of the people in there were regulars but didn't bother me like it seems to have some people. I've not eaten there but the food smells good so looking forward to going back and trying some of the offerings.Decent atmosphere even when the place is almost empty. If you're out looking for a smallish place to have a beer, this will definitely suit you.

Service was good. Drinks were good. They have a major problem in management.Roy, the self-proclaimed "general manager/chef," engaged with me as I was drinking my beer, harmless conversation, or so I thought. When I disagreed with him about something totally silly (the price of a bottle of Jameson at Specs), he became extremely offensive toward me, and told me this was a private club and I was not welcome. Wow. Okay. I just wanted to drink.I said, okay, got my tab. He kept loud-talking in the background about he was the man and there are 3,000 other bars I could go to. I paid my tab and gathered my things. As I was gathering my things, he encouraged a "regular" to meet me outside and fight me. The guy has issues. I won't be back, at least until they get another chef... err, I mean general manager.

Fun bar. Pizza smelled good and service is great. Cat go wrong here if you want to listen to music and sip some brew.

Carmen, the bartender, she's a sweetheart. Had a smile on her face the whole time we sat at the bar. Very nice!She made a GREAT Tito's and tonic and our shots of Fireball, came in a frosted shot glass...that made them THAT much better. I would've never even known that place was over there OR that it was so neat, clean and put together in there.I'll be going back for sure!

It was disappointing to javelin the Manger a white heavy set man with glasses and wears flip-flops all the time. He heard some derogatory statement being made when I asked if I could tell him if someone says that to me and badgers me in the bar with statements like that can I tell him. He said yes then when I attempted to He walked away. Didn't take the offensive statement as seriously as I did by walking away and not listening. Don't know if he thought I was done talking but I wasn't. That was just as offensive as the statement. Seems to take forever to call the place and get the owner. Not happy with experience

Don't ever order food at this ridiculous place. Service and food are the worst I've encountered. Over an hour to make a hot dog. Make a PB&J and you'll be glad you did
