Jocy's Restaurant

I was out here in the Princeton area and felt like having breakfast, this out of the way diner was great. The ordering style is something I'm not accustomed to with a restaurant. I walked up to the counter, the American breakfast was recommended. The potatoes were done with a little crisp and I love the seasoning they used. It comes with eggs, potatoes, choice of meat and a pancake, or waffle, or French toast, or regular toast. I chose the pancake and of course I added toppings. I ordered a water and coffee. They give you the mug and point you to the direction to fill your drinks. Once you pay, you'll get a number and they bring the food to you.

I love Jocy's. It's cozy, the food is good and always hits the spot. There is a great variety of specials and menu items.

Small home town feel. You have to order at the counter which confuses some folks. Good breakfast, good ranch dressing and good hamburger and French fries too!

I've lived in Princeton for about 6 years. I have been to Jocy's plenty of time during a Professional Development Day. I usually stick to my usual of the chicken club sandwich or a Caesar salad..extra dressing...yum. But tonight I wanted some hearty..been under the weather lately...I needed something solid. OMG!! This was the BEST chicken fried chicken I've ever had. As soon as I open the box the aroma of this plate was amazing. Chicken ...crispy and tender..cut like butter Mashed potatoes...mashed just right...String green beans...usually not a fan but the seasoning on these was great...and the crunch of eat bite...It also came with gravy and garlic toast. If you have never been to jocys...please go. Local restaurants need to last for a long time. They are the best...from staff to the food...

Hands down best restaurant in Princeton, I haven't had anything on their menu that isnt good. My family's favorite restaurant in this area!

Come by and try Jocys New Salmon Benny! The new sandwiches look great as well. I will have to come back another day to try them. The potatoes are amazing. Try this one out!

Food was amazing ...my 2 year old finishes all of her breakfast Great options for picky eaters. The small burrito hit the spot for me. The salsa on the side was so delicious . My husband ordered chicken and waffles . It was crispy and juicy. We will be back again.

Such a cute hole in the wall place! We came in for a chill lunch and you just go up to the counter, order and they bring your food to the table. I got a few tacos and some fruit and the tacos were yummm! And they were freshly cooked. Everyone was really nice in there and it was just great place for some chill food for a good price.

Originally when opening this place was good but over the past few years the quality of some of the workers on several occasions isn't there. The young woman taking orders isn't friendly and hasn't ever acted like a typical order taker. Ordered breakfast At first she said There's no options for no pork with your eggs. Then said I could have a side instead.My bill was 24.01I payed 25.00 cash.She started to give me back .99 cents in change.I said don't give me .99 cents backShe insisted she was going to pull all that change out and give it to me rather than give me a dollar back. I said you're not giving me .99 cents back are you?I said if you do I won't ever come back here.She seemed happy to have one less customer interrupt her day.She said she will get fired if she is a penny off. I said , I don't want the .99 cents just keep the .99 in your drawer forWhen you have someone else that may need a penny.And I'm not bringing any of my people there again.

I love their grilled chicken sandwich, their Cobb salad, their breakfast are excellent fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon! I haven't had a bad meal there since we've moved to Farmersville in 2016. Delicious!
