Jimmy's Burgers

Was visiting from cali and i was having a hard time finding a good pakistani spot. Usmani and mai colachi (actually indian ran not Pakistani) were no good. These burgers were amazing i came for lunch post jummah and then dinner as well. Service was really good like they bring u the plates and food etc. they didnt have boycotted sodas which was good. Plenty of seating, the side tables tho the chairs r connected to table behind you so Everytime somebody behind you moved, your seat moved. That was annoying. They played music would recommend no music cuz ppl want to talk not listen to music. Burger was double texas one, it was amazing. Fills u up and is solid. Good portion of fries as well. At dinner came for nihari, it was good. The naan cuda been better but was so far best i found in plano so thankful for that lol

Amazing Chapli Kabob!!You must try it today.It was amazingly delicious Chapli Kabob that we ordered to go and ate it as soon as we made it home. The freshly made kabobs and naan were made fresh and were close to as authentic Chapli Kabob from Peshawar as possible. The service was as always quick and courteous. One of the main reason we go to Jimmy's is the friendly customer service. They are the best.The price was very fair. It feels like you get a lot more for your money at Jimmy's.

We've become a regular at Jimmy's and each time does not disappoint. This is a Pakistani restaurant/dinner setting. We especially love and recommend their grilled items, burgers/sandwiches, gyro wraps, and quesadillas. We always start with a mint mojito mocktail and end the meal with chai. It's always bustling with people and is a busy atmosphere. The staff are always working hard and fast. Many Desi food places are dirty and unkept, and I like how this atmosphere has a nice diner vibe that is a great place to sit, chill, and catch up with friends. They have BBQ nights on Tuesday which you can get a grilled platter for $14.99, and they also have buffets certain times of the week.

Ordered the Clyde the Bug Burger and the Goat Biryani. Goat biryani was so flavorful and delicious and would definitely go back for just that. The burger was big and good but nothing too crazy. Highlight of this was definitely the biryani. Also order the Shikanjabeen which was tastey as well.

I like to try new places. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I hit a home run. Sunday lunch is usually a family affair but everyone had other responsibilities today so it was just me and my oldest son. We went in search of a new burger place and picked Jimmy's from Yelp's list. 1. It ain't about the burgers2. It ain't you basic American food grill. 3. It was awesome. We walked in and the young lady asked us if we wanted the buffet. Sure. If you have seen my picture, me and buffets are buds. It was sort of Mediterranean/Indian/Pakistani style of food. My apologies, I have no idea what I was eating but it was great. Meats were moist and very flavorful. The veggies were bright and crisp. If you need help, Ibrahim is your guy. He tried his best to tell me what I was eating but I'm not smart enough to recount it to you. And when he offers you the light round pastry looking things, take 2. :)The mango flavored drink at the end was also top notch. Grab 2 of those also. Just go try it out. Buffet was $25 per person. I don't know if they have it all the time.

Big burgers is my second language!! This is the spot you need to come for an amazing burger! Right when I got their I was greeted with a welcome ! The waiter was so nice in explained the menu to me. They have a full vast menu of Mediterranean food and burgers !!! I got the biggest burger on the menu which was called the double deuce Texas burger. And I also got the blueberry mojito. This is not a burger place I walked in very confused if I was to sit at a table or order at the counter. Most tables have table cloths with an assigned number. Everything looks clean and proper. I went to the counter looking for a menu and found a decent selection of Indian food items. I asked if there was a burger menu and I was shown the list of 7-8 burger choices. I selected the Del Rio Jungle Burger, fries, and drink..... plus tip..... $14.62... sounds like a good deal....Someone came in after me and ordered some Indian food and was served in about 15 minutes. I went back to the counter to ask about my burger and was told it's almost done. The burger came out after about 5-7 minutes later. It was not what I ordered but I was ready to eat. The guy that served the burger said the fries would be out in just a minute. I finished my burger and a few minutes later the guy came out back to tell me they didn't have any fries ...... I told them that was fine and they brought me $3.00 to cover the cost. Please don't come here for a burger

Avoid this place if you can. Go down the street to Colachi. Service sucks. Took like 30 mins before someone even got us a menu and order. No plates. No utensils given. No water. Water bottles were 8 fl oz mini ones. Weird. Food was cold and seem like it was just reheated. We had to send back 3 of our dishes. Honestly feel like the curly fries was the best thing we ordered. Terrible. The place was packed and they obviously can't manage the crowd. It was just such a poor experience. The kid waiters are doing their best. It's obvious they are understaffed and it's taking a hit on their quality and customer experience. Such a waste.

We keep going back to this establishment because we love their food but I don't think we'll be going back for some time now. This was the 4th time that it took them over an hour to bring our order out and it was cold. We usually order large grill platter, among other items, and ask them every time how long will it take and they say 30-40 minutes. We inform them that please be mindful of the timing but it makes no difference. One time we were offered free dessert, one time it was a discount if an appetizer we ordered, yesterday they brought us small cups of Mango-rita which no one touched. There's no courtesy of time or any oversight of management. The food quality has deteriorated significantly since our 1st visit earlier this year. Be warned!!!

So we were there last night, waited over 45 mins at our table while surrounding tables that came way after us got their food, complimentary soup ( when we asked, they said we are all out) after asking a dozen times we got food in parts and took over 1hour and 50mins to get our food. By that time whole experience was ruined and we didn't enjoy food at all. Before leaving for tea and mango lassi that took 25 mins to make. Biryani was on special for $7.99 on their board and we were charged $14. I called them today and was told manger wouldn't be in till 2pm so I'd have to wait to talk to her. This happened on Wednesday evening at 6:30-8:30pm. Bottomline service at this place sucks food is just ok.
