I have ordered delivery from this location 10x times, on top of that I am not one to write reviews, but due to the fact that they have gone above and beyond to deliver excellent service and extra pickles on the side when I call them, I felt it was necessary. Easily a 9.2/10.

This is my second time ordering from this location. This time I did a pick up order. Although my order wasn't ready for pickup at the requested time, they were still attentive once I got there. My cheesesteak sandwich was OK and didn't have much cheese and dressing so it was more on the dry side. I'll stick to the cold subs as I usually do. Reliable location in the area for subs and quick lunches!! As a heads up, parking is available, however depending on time of the day expect some congestion trying to get into the parking lot.

The subs were good and tasty as usual for Mike's. However they ran out of tea at 7:30 and refused to make any more - Store closes at 9. It was sad that they couldn't make any more.

I just picked up a to go order from Jersey Mike's on Gaston. It was very busy! I watched those employees multitask like pros! The woman on the meat slicer was doing three orders at a time without making a mistake! Very impressive staff. I love Jersey Mike's and I will continue to frequent this Jersey Mike's

Even during their busy times these guys do great, the manager handles pressure well and gets the sandwiches out. Today was extremely busy! The only comment I have is you guys seem to always forget the extras. I always put extra mayo and I almost never get it! Either way the sandwiches are great and we Apcct you guys!

Our food from here is always great, the music is chill and classic lol my mom would love it. Mainly, the service is above and beyond. I came in for an online order all early and they were just calling to let me know the rosemary bread was going in the oven because they've been so busy, but it would be super fresh. They offered me a drink on the house while I wait and brought it to my car, they were extra sweet. Who doesn't love fresh bread?!

Mike's subs are magic! Seriously! On my last trip there, I was famished! Eat the arms off your neighbors kind of hungry. This one has become my new favorite location as they don't run out of bread like the other one does.I walked in as usual on my last trip, enjoying the clean and bright store! The counter help are always smiling and happy to see me (yes, I tip plus talk to them). As they are building my usual giant double turkey Mike's way with no onion but add pickles and mayo, I grab a couple of packs of chips as I intend to make this last 2 meals. After all, that is almost a 3 lbs, 13" long sandwich!The price is always wonderful and all are happy as I leave. Now here is where the magic begins...I walk in the door, sit down, start eating. POOF! that monster of a sandwich is gone! No way that huge thing, ALL of it, made it into my belly!

I just love the Philly cheese sandwich. It's just a sandwich pack full of meat, cheese and jalapeños bell peppers cut so nice. Heated up cheese melts. Just to go to sandwich for me. And they do it so well I eat there about once a week.

I never review things on Yelp, but I feel called to make a PSA for everyone's health. While I was dining here yesterday, a homeless man walked in and started drinking directly from the soda fountain. He put his mouth on it, and an employee saw and said, "Don't put your mouth on that sir. Here is a cup." After he left, I continued eating my meal and noticed neither of the employees bothered to even wipe it down. Don't ever get a drink here. The food is good, but the lack of focus on hygiene is very disappointing.
