Just find somewhere else to go. I ordered a sub in a tub -- The meat slicer was disgusting, the young girl with the goofy baby hairs that sliced the meat had an attitude when I asked them to fix the meat she SLAPPED in the tub, the kid dressing the order wasn't paying attention when I asked for no vinegar. I just told them to keep it and left. The service at almost every location has gone downhill, mostly due to these kids they hire. Find a mom & pop sandwich shop, that'll gladly appreciate your business .

Another great sandwich at this shop. All clerks in masks and super friendly and helpful. I got the big kahuna-had lots of meat_mushrooms/onions in a toasted bun. There are a couple tables to sit at but took mine home to eat it. Easy to find off Hebron, not many parking spaces though. I recommend this location.

Win for North Carrollton! New Jersey Mike's location serving up excellent sandwiches.Got a regular #8 Mike's way and took only 2 minutes to make. They were busy making Togo orders. Employees were friendly and had masks on (COVID19 era). Plenty of meat, veggies, and flavor. Wasn't over mayonnaise. I'll be back and highly recommend.

Ordered a pick up order on the app on 12/19/24, was told by the app that pick up time would be 1:09 PM, arrived at that time in order was not ready. The young man doing the bagging appeared to be lost and really didn't have a response when I ask about my order. Long story short, I finally had sandwich in hand at 1:30 PM, 20 minutes late. Food was as good as it always was, something is screwed with the prep. Wondering if they gave my sandwich to someone else and had to start from the scratch.

Hire someone older than 16. I'm sick of being talked down to by some flunky. Today was no different. I was informed that I needed to make a SELECTION! Even though I was the only person there! I'm not going to provide any additional details as it most likely no action plan will come from it. Absolutely the worst restaurant experience ever!!! Avoid this place at all costs! Placed $50+ order online, went to pick up on time @ 12 pm and I was told twice I already picked it up. Then Knox said DoorDash or someone else took it and it happens a lot. I saw multiple orders out front and behind the counter and was nice and understanding however Knox was very rude and snapped at me and said they would have to re make the order. I told them I was sorry someone took the order but to not get upset with me. There was a line of customers that all got served before me... 5 employees in line and then nobody else in line or in the restaurant! It wasn't until I got back in the empty line and had to manage my own order and mention contacting corporate which I do plan on doing. (All employees just standing there and nobody doing anything except one person cutting the meat...) The line was moving at a snails pace while I stood behind the counter for 18 minutes for the 're make' I asked if they would consider keeping all online orders behind the counter or the larger ones at the very least. I grew up in the restaurant business and managed much larger restaurants. VERY poor customer service and employee training. My family and I will be eating at your competitor (JJ) where my son worked. MUCH MUCH better!

To the Franchise Owner Khris - I have been a loyal JMike customer for the last several years that the franchise in DFW region. Was thrilled a couple yrs back when you opened the old Denton store. Very close to our home. The quality started off excellent / but compared to other stores I use in the region - your Carrollton Store has slipped tremendously. I get it with Staff shortages etc. But somehow the stores on tollway- plano - north Dallas elsewhere Still maintain the Jersey Mikes Way. Please Fix the problem -- get back to 5 Stars The Great outdoors is getting the $$ I spend with you otherwise.You can't fix what you don't know - Now you Know. Thx. Terry
