Iconic Eatery and Ice Cream Bar

They serve some good, homestyle vegan food here. I tried the highly rated Hot Maple Blue Oyster sandwich. Wow, it had a great flavor profile and was perfect for a soul food craving. Don't get me wrong, I liked it, but it was much greasier than I expected. The toast was oily, the fries were a bit soggy and even the carryout bag was greasy. Sometimes good food gets messy, it felt like a vegan cheat day!I'd definitely like to come back and try some of their other options.

Man the greens are bomb! Probably the best greens in Dallas to me. They were smokey, a little sweet, a little vinegar bite, and super well balanced.

I saw this eatery on IG. The food looked appetizing. In is located inside Ann's I ordered a quinoa/kale wrap, it was delicious with a little spiciness. The service was great, and the ambiance was laid back. Their were tables to enjoy your meal. Would I go again? Yes. I would love to try Lions Mane. Please stop by a surprise, your tastes buds.

Iconic Eatery and Ice Cream Bar inside Ann's Health Food Center & MarketFirst I didn't even know that "Iconic Cafe" had a drive-thru until I saw another review. That being said this was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. They have very interesting, tasty and delicious sushi among other things on their menu. Course everything is vegan plant-based and their ice cream bar like the gentleman said is the best in the world . Seating is a little limited but I would think most people are ordering to go and this is a good combination. This health food store has a lot of things to offer when you're inside. I would recommend this place is experience you would have to check out for yourself.

Feb 2023 We decided to get a variety beyond veggie calzones,mac and cheese beyond crab kale salad, rice and beans veggie rolls absolutely a favoritebanana pudding absolutely a favorite ate one there and we all took to go. and the mango vegan icecream...ate it so fast forgot the pic :)another favorite !!!these mush tenders tasted better than chicken tenders!!!!*Ann's Health Food Center & Market - also got some Cymbiotika tropical magnesium oil rub for my back and aching toe that was in a boot from a bad sprain- worked welltoo!!

I came in for sushi as they advertise and upon arrival was informed they no longer even serve it. I went then ordered a "marinara sub" which was the more pricey of the "hot sandwich" items, but because there wasn't a combo option for the marinara sub, i asked if i could make it a combo in which the owner said "yes i can do that". The wait wasn't bad, and after leaving to head to a meeting i realize there was no combo (i.e. no fries). I called in to talk to whoever was available and was greeted by the owner. I explain how my sandwich didn't come with fries and after being asked if i wasn't too far, if i could come back in order to "pay for the fries" i then reply "I don't see why i should have to pay for something that came with it" all the while she is cutting me off with an attitude on the phone. In her attempts to "make things right" all she did was offer me to come back and make a new order, while only after being asked and challenged finally apologizing. Not my ideal experience but the food is good. Good not great in conjunction with the price. I might add my tone and demeanor was stoic and calm but there was little accountability on the end of this establishment.

Great customer service.Order ahead you want to save time.Food was decent, open to trying other items on the menu.Menu changes, offering a variety.The restaurant is inside the grocery store, ambiance is school cafeteria style.If you're in the area, give it a try yourself.

The food is sooo good!! I'm watching my sugar intake, the desserts and ice cream is just right, not too sweet. I'm assuming he uses agave instead of sugar.. . Everything is always fresh.. Definitely one of my favorite go to vegan restaurant..
