i Fratelli Pizza Uptown

Adding the menu to my previous review. Again, I love this place. The service is excellent, the pizzas are phenomenal! 10/10 recommend!

I wish there was 0' stars and stay away warming. The most worst telephone order experience we have ever had. The women who answered stated she was the manager and she was the rudest person ever and if she's a manager should be fired immediately as she is turning away customers by the drove. We had a $56..00 order which we cancelled immediately after her poor customer service. We love I Fratelli but no longer! You have lost a customer and we will tell all our friends to not go to this location any longer.

As the office ordered in, I can only comment on the pizza itself, specifically the "Vegetarian" slices I had. I do appreciate a good thin crust and Fratelli made it happen. The crust isn't dry or too soft where the pizza doesn't hold its form. Just enough cheese (though I do like pizza with more sauce than not) and fresh toppings. Good all around for this experience.

This location makes a damned fine pie, superior in every way to Campisi's on Mockingbird in my opinion. Here's why:1. Cheesier- to the tune of about 50% more, by my unscientific estimate, based on dozens of bites.2. More generous ingredients- again, about 50% more, a significant positive difference. This is particularly apparent on the veggie supreme, my personal fave.3. Superior crust- perfect yeasty bounce and chew, so much better than the dead cardboardy texture of the Campisi's original.I will return soon, a pie I can't wait to dive in to again.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and I must say that it is one of the strangest flavored pizza sauces I have ever had. I typically recognize different spices and herbs but these are really hard to determine. I did not like it, at all

I live in uptown and always go to the location on Allen. Every time I go there I'm treated fabulously I am a picky customer because unlike most people I like my pizza extra extra crispy basically burnt. which is a hard thing to do when you're cooking pizza but today I went in and Neal was working not only was he kind on the phone but he made sure that my pizza is exactly how I wanted it, and I walked in with a smile and I walked out with a bigger smile, and a delicious slice of pizza. Kudos to Neil you're lucky to have him on your team.

I've loved ifratelli for many years but sadly tonight was a disappointment. The pizza arrived burnt. I reached out to let them know, but never got a response.

If you don't give them a tip they treat you like trash. Do you really need a tip for handing me the pizza that I already over paid for?

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now, and finally did last night. LOVE IT! The guy working at the front could not have been friendlier to me. We spoke for a while as I waited for my pizza to be ready. The pizza itself is super solid. I'm honestly not usually a thin crust fan, but they do an amazing job with the thin crust. Not soggy at all, just perfect. It's a bit pricier than I would've expected but not unreasonable for the quality. Would highly suggest for a solid takeaway pizza.

Love this place, will be ordering from them again. I just moved to the area and the staff were so accommodating to dietary needs and wants of different toppings. Definitely would recommend.
