i Fratelli Pizza Richardson

I haven't eaten here in a while, but this is one of the best pizzerias I've ever been to. Service is excellent and fairly quick. The atmosphere is nice and the environment is comfortable. I love the sauce and the plethora of options available lend even a simple pie configuration a measure of versatility.

I really want to like this pizza, but I just can't get past the sauce. It is way too acidic in my opinion. Everything else is great, the crust, the toppings, but the sauce really ruins it for me. Wish they could find a better balance with the sauce.

Love the margherita pizza here! The crust is so thin and crispy!! Yum! Light coating of sauce is perfect on the thin crust and there was a lot of basil on top! When my granddaughter saw this pizza one time, she said "you have grass on your pizza"!! Well, it sure does look like it! Just a great tasting, enjoyably crunchy pizza!

Very disappointed after moving here from Coppell. A huge fan of IFratelli in Coppell, and thought all of them delivered the same quality, but sadly no. I've ordered at 12+ pizzas since moving here and there is no comparison to the IFratelli in Coppell from where we ordered for 26 years. :(We've always ordered the Big Brother and this location is consistently super skimpy on the Italian sausage, and from time to time there is way too much pizza sauceor not enough; even the crust is different.For $25 a pizza, and coming up disappointed every time, we may have to rethink our pizza selection, or find the next nearest location and pick-up and give it a try.#missifratellicoppell

Great crispy thin crust. Very generous toppings. A definite go-to pizza place. Was ready for pick up within 15 mins.

Great thin crust pizza. Great delivery times. Great employees. The pizza is more toppings than crust and that's what I like.

I was so excited about splurging and having pizza tonight. These guys have always been my go to for consistent, yummy pizza.They more than let down tonight.Pizza was greasy (cheap cheese), burned more than hard, and flavorless. Seasonings were clumped over 3 pieces instead of spread over entire pizza.Worst I've ever had from them and now I don't ever want to order from here again.Huge disappointment

A few nights ago I ordered a pizza from the I Fratelli location in Richardson. Delivery was basically on time and I ate about half of the Carne Classico that I received. This was the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from I Fratelli. I even have an account set up for what that might be worth later. But there might not be a "later", the day after I had the pizza and I had very strong attack of stomach upset which culminated in diarrhea and I barely made it come in time to avert a total disaster. I suspect something had not been refrigerated properly or was left out too long. I haven't had that kind of food poisoning experience in decades. I emailed the location and "Rachel" got back to me saying she was going to raise the issue with her management and top management. So far I have had no response. Outwardly I thought their format was a breath of fresh air, but if management doesn't even bother to close the loop, what does that say?

I was attending a training class. The class sponsor ordered pizza for fifty. I had two different types. I didn't catch the names written on the boxes but one was an artichoke and one was a spinach. They were both thin crust and they were both very delicious. Everyone enjoyed the pizza.

Wow. I was tired, and decided to grab a pizza. So glad that I did. Got a Carne, and it was amazing. Plentiful toppings and excellent taste. I wish I had taken some pictures- next time for sure.
