Hotel Crescent Court

I was fortunate to have been afforded the opportunity to stay at Hotel Crescent Court at attend a Corporate Holiday Party. A very nice property to say the least.Obviously not in my price point when making travel arrangements, so this was a very enjoyable experience. Staff was very professional and helpful.Valet staff was cordial and quite efficient. The hotel shuttle driver I had to go offsite for dinner was top notch - thanks Rev!Valet parking lot had a nice selection of vehicles: Rolls Royce; Bentley; and a pearl white McLaren just to name a few. Mercy!Lobby was very nicely decorated for Christmas.My room was very comfortable and a decent size. Same for the walk-in shower. Self serve bar was well stocked.Room service was prompt, but prices in my opinion were excessive. For example, a glass of orange juice was $15, then you pay a 24% service fee, and finally there is a delivery fee of $8 - $12 depending on time of day (if I remember correctly). At the end of the day, that glass of orange juice would've cost me between $25 - $30; yikes!Definitely enjoyed my time during this visit.

Fantastic stay that was incredibly accommodating for me and my wife. Ensured my room had a fridge for my wife who was pumping at the time.Purchased the romance package, worth every pennyVery stylish rooms and comfortable bed!

Beautiful hotel. During the holidays, they decorate the common areas so nicely. The entrance is very elegant. The chandeliers are wonderful and very unique. There's a bar on the right side, along with the entrance to Nobu the sushi restaurant. Lots of seating in the bar area with comfy couches, chairs, stools, and tables! The pillows make the seating extra comfortable. Valet parking in the front is fast and efficient.

Rude staff. Terrible minibar. The building is beautiful enough, but it seems they coast on appearance and location. Only thing earning the second star is the Nobu.

I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Since the moment we walked in all staff have been very friendly and helpful. Starting with the valet out front who despite being out in the Texas heat, are still able to keep a smile on their faces. Check in was quick and easy. A manger has been on floor everyday we were here. The view from our room was beautiful. I will say the pool could use a little more love and scrub but it was still a nice dip in the evening. We asked on the way out in the morning for new towels and sheet change and within 2 hours on return it was completed and our room tidied. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel in downtown area close to major corporate offices. The lobby is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We did eat in the lobby bar and restaurant and the food and beverages were of the highest quality. Plenty of variety and not the normal bar food. The best part was the friendly staff who went the extra mile to make you feel comfortable

This is just a review for the lobby lounge/bar (I have never been a hotel guest). Excellent atmosphere, decor, service and selections. My friend and I each had a glass of bubbles. Delish! A wonderful spot for before or after dinner drinks.

Absolutely great service all around, the lady at front desk Petra, the most helpful and lovely person. James the concierge, really made me feel at home and had great suggestions. A big plus about this hotel, it's beautiful and modern and they actually have an amazing sauna in their workout center and cold plunge! Cold plunge!

Outstanding service from every staff member! They are so hospitable, care in making sure you have a fabulous experience!Kay is at the hotel lobby bar, best bartender ever! All three bartenders are wonderful, they make you feel right at home.Breakfast server Zenny makes sure you have a wonderful breakfast, super accommodating. Loves people and what she does to make breakfast a comfortable experience. Our room..., each night stand has a light at the bottom so when you walk towards it it lights up so you can see where you're going .The bathroom mirror has a dimmer in it, the bar is STACKED! Coffee maker is the espresso machine that Clooney advertises.If show you are room, but it isn't made upNear everything, it has been a pleasure! Leave a tip for the housekeeper!! Thank you

This hotel has all the makings of being a very nice destination and I truly think we were victims of poor timing more than anything as the hotel lost power completely during our stay, we also had a fire drill (false alarm). Things within control were the lack of attention with housekeeping, closing room service 2 hours earlier than the menu stated and the poor quality of the food. We would be willing to come back as we have a wedding in the area of April of 2024 however I am unsure my wife will agree.
