Our server Brynn was amazing! The eggs Benedict Florentine was fantastic as well as the classic Benedict. Got a side order of sausage patties. Also got a side of whipped cream for my daughter coffee! Great time and great conversation!

The service was a bit awkward this morning. When my waitress took my coffee order, I had only been seated a few minutes. So, I was not ready to give my food order. Rather than ask if I was ready when she dropped off the carafe and mug, she just left. When she later retuned, she appeared to be in the middle of something. I was not sure the next time she would return, so I gave my food order. When I last visited, I ordered the Southwest omelette. The entree was carb heavy. In addition to the tortillas which came with the omelette, you still had a choice of either toast or pancakes. Their printed menu and their online menu had a discrepancy. The online menu still listed flour tortillas with the entree; the printed menu did not.I ended ordering the Denver omelette with sourdough toast. Few restaurants serve two whole slices , so I greatly appreciated that. Also, they serve the high-quality jam which I only seen at few places. The omelette in its entirety was not enjoyable. While the interior was fluffy and tasty, the bottom was overcooked. The setup was not consistent. At the hostess counter, there was signage with QR codes asking to rate your experience. The same display was visible on the tables. The table at which I was seated did not have the QR code display, but the surrounding tables did.

This was the second time we have been here since they opened. The first time was shortly after they opened and it was not bad, the experience we had on Saturday was nothing short of disastrous. Disclaimer, I am not generally nitpicky, I don't typically leave reviews, but the more that things spiraled out of control, the more aware I became of the small details, and I felt it is my civic responsibility to let others know.I should have gone with my gut when we walked in at 10:15 on Saturday morning and there was no wait and roughly 25% of the tables were open. After being seated in the middle of the dining area at a table for two, that had way too much stuff on it, where you could hardly look at the menu, much less have room for plates and drinks, the waitress came over to take our drink order. My wife got coffee; I stuck with water. She brought over the carafe full of cold coffee, so that was a stellar start. The waitress was nice, but very robotic, and the poor thing had a script that she stuck to, making sure to let us know that we could let her know if we needed anything, every time she came to the table. We ordered our food, and something told me to take note of the time, 10:30. I ordered the corned beef skillet with pancakes, and my wife ordered the breakfast sliders with hash browns and raisin toast. After 20 minutes, just when we were starting to wonder if they were still waiting for the chickens to lay the eggs, it arrived. The fortunate thing is we had all that time to observe the table next to us receiving food with nuts in it, though they had told the waitress that their child had a nut allergy, and other table that we thought were just hanging out after their meal, only to find out that they had been waiting longer than we had when their food arrived just before ours. Once our food arrived, I can attest that mine was edible. However, the eggs were barely over easy (the white was clear in some areas), and the corned beef seemed to have been simply waved over the skillet, and some inadvertently had dropped in. I would (generously) estimate there was roughly 2 oz of beef in the dish. The pancakes had been prepared quite a while prior to our arrival and had been kept warm, since they were the consistency of crackers, and no amount of syrup was going to conceal that. The sad thing is that mine was the best food on the table. My wife got her "food" which consisted of pre-prepared egg "omelet" cut to fit an English muffin, and a slab of ham that was dripping wet, and congealed cheese that had melted and then gotten cold while waiting in the kitchen, but fortunately the muffin soaked up all the moisture, which unfortunately made it inedible. On top of that, the hash browns were an unseasoned mess. The icing on the cake was the toast that was supposed to have raisins in it, even the gentlemen said it was raisin toast when dropping it off, but alas no raisins were to be found. After mentioning it to the waitress, even going so far as to rip it apart to make sure some weren't buried in the middle of the slice, she took it back to the kitchen to get more. After roughly 5 minutes, she emerged claiming that there were none in the whole loaf, and that was the last one they had in the place. Needless to say, we were done at this point, paid the check and left, never to return again. There are way too many breakfast and brunch places in this area to be mediocre, much less just downright bad. Do yourself a favor and skip this one, especially if you have a food allergy, even McDonald's would have been better and much cheaper.

Hey, this was a really good breakfast. Good service, good food, good price!I had sausage and eggs with pancakes, grandson had the silver dollar pancakes and wife had Belgium Waffles with strawberries. The greatest testament to how good it was is that the grandson ate all of his pancakes and wanted more.

Finally a great place in this location! And I think they corrected the A/C issue. It was comfortable and not humid inside on a 100+ degree day. The new decor has definitely left the IHOP vibe behind. The hostesses and wait staff were great. And the food was delicious. Very excited to have this place.

Undaunted by the two breakfast places that have failed before it, the Honey Berry chain tests it's luck in Highland Village. My wife and older daughter accompanied me after a quick early trip to get a car inspection. We got there about 8:00 and there were about 3 tables there. Folks are very cordial and positive. As you walk in you will immediately notice a flower wall paper accented with faux grass and faux fica trees. Personally I just thought chain restaurants. They kept the same layout as the previous place with a peninsula bar and tv sets over it if you just want to eat at that spot. They've put in about 10-15 more tables with booths lining one wall and they bench seating occupying the other side. Definitely about as tight as you can get them and for a bigger guy like me, a little awkward as I felt like I had to lean forward to avoid being brushed by staff and other customers walking by. Menu is quite extensive and does include health options and kids size meals (around $6). My 16-year-old liked the smoothie selections. She ordered strawberry at $5.50 and I got a quick sip. All good and strong strawberry flavor. Waiter was very pleasant and courteous. Wife ordered two eggs any style and chose bacon as her side with pancakes. A quick glance around and the portions are very big no matter what you order here seems like. Her breakfast runs $14 and with the portions you get and sides it's a fair value. Her comments are that she doesn't know if she'd be compelled to come back as it's just another breakfast place. My teenager and I split the country fried steak breakfast which comes with hash browns and two eggs, also pancakes or fruit as a side option. For $18 I'd say it's a fair value and had decent flavor. But it's a processed steak, it's not made by hand and so I'd have to agree with my wife nothing special. A little faux pas on my pancake order. I like to flip the top pancake over so that the butter is in between both pancakes....well this led to the discovery that my top pancake wasn't cooked.....when you're a breakfast place, messing up pancakes just makes for bad optics to me. I did ask them to add onions, ham, and cheese onto my hash browns and those came out fine. There was about a $2 up charge for those toppings. Soda runs $3.50.The bill came out to $46 or so and I left $55 cash with the thought that I can't say the place is bad, but I also can't say I'm very impressed at this stage. My impression: inauthentic attempt for an at home feel, undercooking, and a $50 for two breakfast meals price tag. However, it is fairly new so perhaps they can make adjustments. But an empty place with more employees than customers on a Saturday morning should be a sign for change needed.

This was my first visit to the restaurant. The decor was bright and inviting although I personally didn't love the rock music - bribe the style didn't match the music I had expected- upon being seated our booth had a few cleanliness issues, including a long black hair and leftover food that hadn't been properly cleaned up. I immediately noticed the menu prices to be on the higher side, which is fine if the quality of the food justifies it.We ordered the homemade corned beef hash and an omelette with ham, cheese, and bacon, served with hashed browns and what was supposed to be rye toast. The omelette was decent, although slightly overcooked and lacking in flavor due to minimal ingredients. Disappointingly, the rye toast lacked the distinct rye taste I had anticipated; it resembled more of a marbled sourdough bread. The corned beef hash we ended up sending back as the corned beef had so many large pieces of fat we couldn't eat, also it stated that it was house made so I expected fresh chopped potatoes instead of the hashed browns ..which is fine just not what I had expected. The sausage gravy had potential but it was overly thick and pasty, and I even found a large leaf, possibly a bay leaf.. flavor was good it was just too thick.Overall, it was mediocre especially for the prices.. omelette was $18 I left somewhat disappointed, but I believe with some moderate improvements, this restaurant could be good..

I ordered the breakfast sandwich & it was pretty good (portion & taste) ! However food and drinks were overpriced. Service was mediocre. We had to call our waitress multiple times due to not checking in on us. It was a hassle.
