Can't emphasize enough how amazingly good the food here is. It's always worth the extra to get the special versions! Absolutely savory! Service is quick and the atmosphere is great! It's a busy area so parking can be a challenge but the space does have a small parking lot behind it! Otherwise got hunt along the streets.

If you're looking for a cozy ramen spot with vibes reminiscent of a traditional izakaya (a small Japanese eatery), this ramen spot in Greenville is worth a visit. Located next to my favorite Trader Joe's, it was the perfect place to escape the cold and try something new.The space is small and intimate, with a few tables toward the back that provide a cozy dining experience. Even though the place was completely packed when we arrived, the wait was only 15 minutes as promised, and we were seated immediately. Their service is incredibly fast and efficient, which makes sense given the high turnover.There are 7 ramen options with slight variations and plenty of add-ons. I loved that you could customize your ramen with extra toppings like chashu (my favorite). In addition to ramen, they offer appetizers, curry, bento boxes, and other dishes, giving you a variety of options if ramen isn't your thing.What We Ordered * Spiced Edamame: A highlight of the meal! Unlike most places that sprinkle seasoning on top, their edamame came with a flavorful sauce that we couldn't get enough of. * Hinodeya Cucumber: Unfortunately, this was a miss for us. The cucumbers were overly salty. * Roasted Tea: This was a pleasant surprise! Served in a teapot, it was enough for three of us to share, and the roasted flavor paired perfectly with the cold weather. Adding honey made it even better. * Spicy Miso Special Ramen: All of us ordered this, opting for their specialty version that includes corn, fish cakes, extra nigori, and more. The portion size was perfect--balanced broth and noodles without one overpowering the other. However, the flavor fell short.

Food and service were fantastic, had the tonkatsu ramen and gyoza!The overall feel of the restaurant is pretty cool as well

The tonkotsu special ramen was decent, the broth had more of a fishy taste than a rich, porky flavor. The portion size was also on the smaller side. However, I really liked the texture of the noodles and the braised pork belly. The pork katsu curry and spicy miso were fine, though nothing outstanding. On the plus side, the customer service was good, there's plenty of parking across the street near Son of a Butcher, and the bathroom was clean.

Another great Yelp find. We stopped by for a quick lunch on New Year's Day. No wait! The restaurant is not huge, but great ambiance. Service was friendly and prompt. I had the Spicy Miso, which was outstanding. Just the right amount of spice, creamy dashi, noodles were substantial and really tasty. All in all one of the better bowls I've had in Dallas. Plenty of parking, great prices and great food. That's says something when you're dining on Lower Greenville! Highly recommend.

This is my second time here and they are consistent! 100% perfection! We are here on a Friday night and we were able to find a space at the bar! We were served instantly and the meal came out so quickly! I got the vegan creamy special. Holy cow! This is the best ramen ever! I have been dreaming of coming back since my first visit, and it still holds up! Top notch! There was so much i couldn't finish it all. I will have enough for one more meal tomorrow! I love this place so much. I will be back!

Great food. Great service!! We got there at around 5:45 and it was empty and by 6:00 the place was packed. The ramen was excellent and fast! Brussels sprouts are a don't miss for sure! Service was friendly and attentive. Adding this to the list!!

The food is always on point. So good! Kampai!! Get the spicy miso special and some hot sake!

The service was fast even though it looked packed and very busy on a Saturday night. I got the beef sukiyaki ramen with medium spice level and it hit the spot perfectly. The noodles are different than other ramen shops where the noodles are thicker and taste very bouncy! A must try!
