Newly built it seems, great bar downstairs, bartender makes a great Old Fasion! The rooms were very clean, walk in showers, USB and power outlets on each side of the bed! Full size mirror and separate closet and even a lounge small couch to rest on! Great lights in bathroom Love the new design, very comfortable, I'll be back!

The 3-4 rating is about right. It's new so obviously nice and clean. Room service was poor and we had to be really specific about what we needed or our room would often just not get touched at all. Staff are friendly but just not so detailed on room cleaning service while you're staying. Could be part of the "eco" initiatives these companies push now. Who knows.?.The grill is fair but the breakfast was a little low quality and overly salty when I ate. Seemed very generic prepared and empty food.The regular evening meals were pretty good though.This place has a bit of Garden Inn mixed with their True brand in how the rooms are "efficiently" designed. Not spacious and more on IKEA feel in the design. Can't say that's such a bad thing as it can help keep the rooms more sanitary (eg the hard floors etc).Overall, I would come back again and definitely recommend. Just can't put it on a 4 star level because of how they cut back on many features and made it a bit "sterile" in overall look and feel. For example, their fitness room in my pic is really nice but then they put in lower spec machines for their treadmills and ellipticals. They aren't terrible but just typical of cutting just short of quality.

Checked in for my stay on a Monday - front desk agent was nice (young man, very professional), property was clean. no major issues during the stay. However, when I checked out on Friday morning, I was "greeted" by an extremely rude front desk agent who had her chest tattoos out for everyone to see. She was very abrupt in how she dealt with me,the guests before me, and even SIGHED OUT LOUD when I asked for her to email my receipt to me. Additionally, the points for the stay were never applied to MY account. COINCIDENCE?? Now, I'm chasing down points through the diamond desk. I will never stay here again based on the poor customer service, and with 2 phone calls into the GM, unreturned. Pitiful service.

Hummm you charge me $200+ a night and want to sell me $100 bottle of wine at the mini-store. So I am thinking you've got the basics covered, but I was wrong. Now this is a fresher build with larger rooms. That's a plus. The staff is friendly and the elevators are the fastest outside of a NYC skyscraper. So it's the little stuff that is so annoying.... No ice...both ice dispensers are downBathroom lights are strobing (how did housekeeping not noticed)Sticky laminate floor in my roomWhere is nbc on the tvThe now customary maid service scheduling if you want service before 4 daysAll of the little thing add up to a very average 3 star hotel.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Shuttle service was fabulous and very important, as there were NO rental cars available to rent in Dallas! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and yes we could hear airplanes fly over - but from an extreme distance so it didn't wake us up. The hotel must be very well insulated against noise! A wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean, staff is polite and tries to be responsive. The room was clean and everything in working order. The room did not have an iron or ironing board. When asked for one to be delivered to my room that evening at about 9:45pm they said their was no one who could bring it up and they do not have the keys to give me one if I wanted to pick it up. But they would have one sent up first thing in the morning. That never happened, I have to request one again, when they brought up the board they did not bring an iron, so had to wait again.Also the wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and shower gel amenities was out of conditioner and of course you will not know until you try to use it during your shower. Had to request the conditioner twice.

I paid through booking.com and the hotel charged me two more times- one for each room. I have now paid doubled for what it was worth. I've called and been told they will figure out the problem and get back to me. It has been two weeks and they won't call me back. The room was nice and clean but to be charged again and then not call me back is pure theft. We're going through the charges with the bank now and it is such a pain. Will not recommend solely because they take your money, even though you've already paid, and will not return calls. Milton is suppose to be the guy to handle it and he hasn't called me back. I've given plenty of time for him to do so. They had been almost a month dealing with this mess.
