HG is always a treat. This was actually my first time dining in the restaurant downstairs. We came in during lunchtime and grabbed a seat right away. What blew me away? Apparently HG's menu is almost all gluten free. There's no worry for cross-contamination here and our server was so kind to explain that. We decided to split an app and entree since we weren't too hungry and enjoyed our meal! French fries were a must (I love my fries) and we split a quick steak with Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes on the side. Our server asked if we wanted to throw on some extra protein so we decided to add on a chicken kabob to the plate. Delish! HG has tons of healthy options: bowls, wraps, power meals. The ambiance is very chic. Love it here!

While I appreciate the concept and was very excited to try this place out , I left feeling extremely underwhelmed.We had the crispy tuna, backyard burger, a smoked chicken salad, and finish line juice.The crispy tuna appetizer was good - but tasted a bit too fishy for my liking ( I say this as someone who absolutely adores sushi, nigiri, and sashimi ) . The backyard burger and finish line juice were probably the best out of what we ordered .After a few bites of my smoked chicken salad, I noticed there was no chicken ! lol they promptly made me some chicken and took the salad off the bill - but the salad itself was nothing to write home about . It needed more dressing and was alright at best.Service was great and the ambiance was nice . I like that they have an outdoor patio and a rooftop bar for days with nicer weather - but all in all, I don't see us coming back .

It's not often you find an entirely gluten free menu, so I'm always going go love HG Sply. Where else can I find gluten free fried chicken sandwiches and meatballs and mac & cheese? HG is known for their clean, simple food and their signature bowls. The menu is stacked with all the proteins ("hunted"), and veggie/rice/bean sides ("gathered") you can think of. Build your own bowl or order of HG's specials. Last time I was in I shared the following with a friend: French fries with 4 dipping sauces, the pasture raised beef filet (with a coconut chimichurri butter), chicken kebab, crispy Brussel sprouts, and mashed garlicky Yukon gold potatoes. All of the food really was so good, just good eating! Our steak was perfectly cooked and the Italian red they have on the menu pairs well with it. Alec was our phenomenal waiter who took top tier care of us. Such an overall really enjoyable experience, I'm already itching for an excuse to go back asap!

When it comes to the restaurant downstairs, it has great vibes for an intimate get to together. Dark lighting and candles make for a very good ambiance. If you are there at sunset, you all get a little wine to toast the day with. It's fun! A great one stop shop too if you want to head upstairs for a great rooftop experience! Thank goodness they updated their menu! They now have a good amount of different types of things to order. Very good move on their part. I got the bison burger with fries and ranch and while I think you get a great amount for what you pay for, I was not impressed. While the burger needed salt, the fries were wayyy too salty. Their ranch is also pretty interesting tasting with a pretty weird after taste and was also way too salty. However, they do have good drinks and you really can't beat the prices on everything. All around, good service, good ambiance, good drinks, and fine food. Maybe mine was a one off. I will definitely come back and try it again.

There are so many delicious sounding menu options from starters to sides. We couldn't decide between the avocado hummus or the chips and queso, so our server told us the queso was their most popular with the hummus being her personal favorite. We went with the queso with promises to try the hummus next time. For our drinks, we got an old fashioned and a frozen mule. Both were extremely delish! For our meals we got the stir fry salmon bowl and the bison burger with the gluten free bun. The salmon bowl was cooked perfectly-- even the veggies in it were so flavorful. The bison burger was very rich and well worth it! It was also the best gluten free bun I have ever had! While most are dry and crumbly, this one has a spongier texture and was so good! The inside is a very chill vibe with amazing music. There is also a porch and a rooftop area that look really fun-- we will have to try out those locations. We heard you can only get appetizers and drinks on the roof, though, and we needed a linner situation, so we opted for inside. Great experience, though kind of pricey! We will be back!

Was there for New Year's Eve and they were busy but manageable. We started on the rooftop for a drink and some Jenga. They had all the heaters going, so it was comfortable. We had a reservation for dinner and they seated us promptly. Service was good but the meal was mediocre. The shredded pork nachos was very salty and my burger was a bit overdone, but was still tasty. Management did discount the meal so they do care about what they are producing.
