They serve my favorite Chorizo con Huevo with chopped jalepenos. They always remember that I order Chorizo con Huevo with Chopped Jalepenos. The Charro Beans are worth the trip to Herrera's. They now bring the Apple Pay to you at the table. A good security method!!

We showed up less than an hour before closing so i did feel a bit bad, but they were nice and served us quickly. We still left 10-15 before closing. We definitely felt rushed out of there but the food was really good. Will have to go back during more normal hours for a full experience.I liked the individual bowls of beans served with the chips and salsa. The water cups were also huge. The salsa was tasty- on the spicy side. I ordered a chili relleno, we had a side salad, an enchilada/taco combo and chalupas. I thought it was interesting to have so much cheese in the salad, good thing cheese is life. Looking forward to trying more things here.

This is a great texmex restaurant. They purposely hire only male staff! The establishment is small but food is always great! Staff is friendly and service is great! Have had a few dishes here. Always consistent with their food great for brunch in house or for take out and always great service. They speak English and Spanish with virtual and physical menus. Food is always fresh to order and salsa for chips is spicy.You also get a cup of charros beans with your chips and salsa and it's always good!They always play a variety of music at a good volume to still have a conversation.They take your order at the table and when you get your tab you pay at the front register.

If I want tacos - we're going to Herrera's. It's my husbands favorite Mexican restaurant - as he's been to serval locations all his life - and he never has to ask me twice because - again the tacos are phenomenal - but also the salsa and the bean soup and the beans and the rice.... Most places I can take or leave the beans. I prefer double rice. Here I will eat ALL THE BEANS because they are that good. Definitely a favorite of ours!
