Since my last review things are looking up. The entire staff from maintenance to management have gone above and beyond to keep the grounds up and to enforce rules. Once again I feel like I am home and very happy here. Great job Heritage Towers!!!! Keep up the good work.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Heritage Towers, and I was pretty impressed. The leasing team was awesome. Super attentive and helpful. Things worth calling out - they have a lot of dogs on property, they have valet trash (you pay extra for this) I think 5 or 6 days a week. The dumpster is closest to Building 1. The pool is located between building 3 and 2. I love the waterfall at the pool because the sound gives off relaxing vibes. One top priority for me is safety and they have cameras located throughout the property and only 2 entrances and exits, with cameras. I would say the apartment unit is pretty normal but does have bigger than average closets! I definitely recommend touring, one of the nicest Lewisville options for sure.

Made the right choice in choosing this apartment! The studio efficiency unit (504 sf) I've been living in is a dream. The affordability of the E1 unit combined with their dedication to help all residents really impressed me. Hopefully, I can upgrade to the largest 1-bedroom (called A4) soon because I really love that extra bonus room / office space. I know management is trying their hardest to finish up everything and I can see their dedication. Heard that the pool will open by this summer! We also use Fetch for packages, no package room.

I've been a day 1 tenant with this new community and I am beyond unsatisfied with the property management team from in the office to the regional level. They recently changed the property manager but not fast enough. The infrastructure is so poor that a pipe burst on Christmas Eve, leaving residents without running water until 5pm Christmas Day last year. Water was pouring from the roof of building 3 to the first floor for hours. Management didn't leave an emergency maintenance feature on the phoneline that day. I was personally calling the city of Lewisville for assistance. They also condone inappropriate levels of noise and domestic violence during quiet hours. I complained for an entire year about my neighbors and their domestic violent disputes and they all agreed it was unacceptable. In the end, they said it was "typical apartment noise" despite me having recordings and timestamps of multiple instances. I could literally hear every word of their vulgar arguments which could be poor construction but still their responsibility, per the lease agreement, which they failed to honor and acknowledge. Teresa Alvarado holds the regional position and she seemed helpful initially but after I spoke with her once, she ghosted me completely. Teresa and Colette Johnson made me feel like I was the problem and it's wildly offensive considering the callow manner they manage their property and tenants. The regional and owners leave positive google reviews for their own properties to make it seem like a better place to live. It's quite pathetic and extremely unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like this but I am overjoyed to be approaching the end of my lease and absolutely NOT renewing. It's probably quieter to live outside on the street, I wish there was a way to give zero stars
