My husband and I visited Haywire in Plano for our Valentine's Day dinner, and it was such a delightful experience! The concept of Haywire is a rustic, Texas inspired eatery that brings together comfort food with a modern twist. From the warm, inviting ambiance to the exceptional service, everything about our visit was perfect.We kicked off our meal with the Chef's Favorite 4 Appetizer, which was a fantastic way to start the evening. The platter included four incredible bites: a savory brisket slider, fried green tomatoes, crispy bacon-wrapped jalapenos, and a creamy spinach dip with warm tortilla chips. Each bite was packed with flavor and gave us a great taste of the Texas inspired menu.For our mains, my husband opted for the Chicken Fried Steak, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside just the way it should be. I went with the Texas Hot Chicken Sandwich, which had a great spicy kick but wasn't overwhelming, paired with crunchy pickles and a delicious creamy sauce. Unfortunately, we were so full from our meal that we didn't have room for dessert, but everything else was so satisfying that it didn't matter.Overall, the service was top notch, and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu and maybe save room for dessert next time! Highly recommend Haywire for a special night out.

I went with coworkers this week, after work. We were greeted nicely and our table was ready at reservation time. But, we were placed on the balcony overlooking the live band stage. It was so loud...I mean we were yelling at each other across the table, and I have to yell my order at the waiter. Service was excellent as was the food. I made a reservation, but I don't remember being asked about a porch table.

The queso was creamy and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice from the savory piccadillo. For entrees, the chicken fried steak was a standout - crispy, tender, and generously covered in a rich, comforting gravy that made every bite delicious.The Baby Back Ribs were equally impressive, cooked to perfection with a fall-off-the-bone texture. Paired with decadent macaroni and cheese and a side of sweet cornbread, it was a true Southern delight. Haywire delivers on both taste and atmosphere, making it a top-notch spot for a memorable meal. Highly recommend!

Great food, great location, and even better service. This is must go to when in the Dallas area.I went with a work group and we had some of the best steaks and desserts.

Amazing steak, drinks and desserts. Always a great meal, had the steak for two special. It was plenty for two people. The service is prompt and efficient. Always full and busy, so it will be noisy but you can carry on a conversation if you want too.

Great area to shop, spend time with friends/family, and most of all, EAT!No complaints about the food or service. We were seated on the second floor overlooking the courtyard of the food hall. I requested the tipis but was told at the restaurant that it was unavailable at lunch.

The food, service and ambience are always great with reasonable prices. Reservations are recommended as both locations are very busy especially on weekends.

Our team had a blast at Haywire on the final night of our work trip. We were able to reserve one of the three tents that are on the 3rd floor for a one-of-a-kind, photo-worthy dinner experience. Lump Crab dip - very very cheesy, would have liked more crab.Chef's "Favorite 4" - came with queso blanco, branding iron onion rings, mini elk tacos, fried green tomatoes. I looved the fried green tomatoes and the onion rings were massive. i didn't get to try the elk tacos and skipped on the queso.Blackened Gulf Striped Bass - the fish was very salty, but well cooked. Loved the delicately charred broccolini on the side.S'mores - what a fun way to end the night! The tray came with a mini tabletop fire pit over which we could char our marshmallows. It was such a joy to bond over fire and desserts with the team. Haywire also serves Richard's Sparkling Rainwater which was a first for me. If you're looking for a luxe experience, Haywire is sure to impress!

A time was definitely had for the birthday lady! Our family had an amazing time at this location! The Christmas lights were still up outside and the section we sat in gave a great view of outdoors!FoodI have never tried Elk in my life and was a little apprehensive in doing so, but I must say these Tacos were the complete best! The ingredients and the fixings served it's purpose, because they were extremely good‍.DrinkWhile I don't recall the exact name of the beverage, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious frozen drink. It was a delightful swirl with a subtle hint of Sangria!Our visit to Haywire was a truly wonderful experience. Having been to another location previously, I can confidently say this one surpasses all expectations. The staff were excellent, the customer service impeccable, and the establishment itself was beautiful. The various levels added a unique and impressive touch.Great job you all and I will definitely circle back soon.

Service is 6 stars with Brittany. Elk Tacos are always a favorite. A regular Friday night outing for our crew!
