Havana Lounge

POC friendly space! A tiny place but sooo much to offer. I have been coming here since I could dance, they have the best Latin music and hip-hop/pop basically music to dance to.They have drag most nights then open the dance floor at 11 ish and play great music till 2 am. 21+ only, and yes they check IDNever found another place this lit. Gay/Dyke space but there'll be a couple of str8 ppl sprinkled throughout. Not super problematic.

Staff is always rude to me and they overcharge drinks here. At least to me. Friends say they have cheap drinks. But why when it was my turn to order a round of 3 drinks and 3 shots they charged me over $100. Any other bar on the strip would've been max 60

Wouldn't let my sister in bc of her shoes, they were sandals! And I had sneakers on and they let me in. Makes no sense. Left there and went to a better place.

Nothing about this establishment is consistent nor professional. I was denied entry at 1:20 (previously having been told before that nobody was allowed entry before 1:30) and had to wait for my friend on the street for a half hour. I felt validated as the officer on patrol spoke with me and understood my point of view. I've had wonderful interactions with many members of the staff who have treated me with kindness and respect (shoutout to Gary, Terrance, Marcus, Dario, Johnny, Joey, Armando, Jorge, Jorgito, Frankie), but this place is grossly mismanaged. People who have been drinking need consistency in policies!

Bartender was horrible. We were waiting for a while before he came and when he came to ask us he told us he couldn't serve us. He didn't give us a reason why he say said no. Me and my 5 friends were confuse. He was so annoying. When we asked he didn't give us a reason.

I was drinking with my friend. Me and him had only three drinks at the place, three. We got up from where we were sitting to go dance and a bouncer came up saying that my friend was too drunk. Keep in mind we had the same amount of drinks and we're not light weights. I'm pretty sure the only reason he got kicked out was because he wasn't Latino and I was. I'm never going here again and I encourage anyone else considering going here not to go either. I've never given a one star review before, but this is deserving of it.

Turned me away because I couldn't hear what they were saying. I'm hard of hearing and they said I was "too drunk". Not clinically deaf, but hard of hearing. It's just sad for them to turn business away just because I didn't understand what they said to me. Don't recommend this place. Good luck if you do decide to go.

Watched an incident escalate at the entryway of this establishment. The "bouncer" clearly provoked the person as they were walking away. There are more welcoming places to enjoy.

Got kicked out last night because I'm pregnant. Mind you I was only drinking water and I just wanted to have a good time with my friends. We were celebrating one of my friends birthday and since I'm pregnant I agreed to be DD. I felt so bad that they left with me because they kicked me out. This is discrimination and really rude. Kind of put a huge damper on the night for my friend too. And I shouldn't have to be excluded from fun outings when I'm being responsible just because I'm pregnant. I can't help I'm a girl. Gender discrimination at its finest. At a gay bar of all places. The irony.
