Really good tasting brisket, great crust! And the sauce is really good too, not real spicy. I was surprised at how delicious the onion rings are. My husband, who never eats onion rings, loved them. We will definitely be back! Service was excellent.

Holy smokes - this is some of the best BBQ I've had around Flower Mound / Denton County! You will see the passion that goes into this restaurant once you step inside, and chances are, the owners will swing by to say hi. Their menu boasts a wide range of smoked meats including affordable and delicious steaks from Thursday to Saturday nights. I enjoyed the brisket on the burger and on top of the Mac n Cheese as well. The sides were just as impressive as our entrees. This spot is not to miss if you're in the area.

I was excited to give this play a try. Native Texan here, so I feel like i know about bbq. Ordered through UberEats.The brisket had a ton of fat. The meat was tender, what little there was. The coleslaw was dry with long strands of cabbage. It was flavorless and weird to eat. The mustard potato salad was odd. Again, flavorless. The macaroni and cheese (average), fried okra, and free peach cobbler (order over 30 so free) were the only redeeming qualities. I wanted to like this so much, but for the price, I would not order again.

We have never been here so decided to give it a try. We started with gator balls (OMG) and then the MacBowl - outstanding but the highlight was the fruity cobbler martini! Do NOT miss this place. So sooo good and the people treat you like a regular! Great place!

On a carnivore diet so just had the brisket by the pound. It did not disappoint. Very worthy, tender and delicious. No bbq sauce needed, just a little salt. Service was also on point. Upscale decor compared to your average Texas BBQ joint. I would highly recommend you give it a try.

This restaurant took over the old Piranha sushi that sputtered for years in this location. The decor is more open space concept with one large room with table seating. The original bar looks to still be in tact here with outside patio seating as well. Place was clean and had that Smokey smell that you'd expect.Took a few minutes before someone approached us to get us a table but not unreasonable wait. We got there at about 5:30 PM on a Saturday and within the hour the dinner crowd started filtering into the place. It's a come as you are place in a relaxed atmosphere. Looks like they had their grand opening back in April.I'll get to the nuts and bolts. Food was just not there. I came in with my two daughters 12/15 and my wife. They suggested this star rating after trying several dishes including: gator balls, the butcher plate (a good idea with four meats on it to try a bit of several types), a bowl of chili, Mac and cheese partner/side, and the German style potato salad, and a non-alcoholic lemonade sipper which my daughter split.Gator balls were quite mushy and didn't really make us want to finish. Came with a side of ranch and well let's just say I wouldn't order it again. Same goes for the German style potato salad. With a last name like Shaver, my father's side of the family are all German so I have been exposed to it for a while. If you want to try something different you might like it as it won't be like either mustard or mayonnaise potato salads. The bowl of chili, well you can see in the photo what it looked like when it came out. Unfortunately the flavor followed suit. I would not order this again. Mac and cheese was ok by my girls.The butcher plate I thought was a great idea since it came with four different meats and chance to taste several styles. We had brisket, turkey breast, pulled pork and black pepper sausage. It was ok but across the board salty and dry were the words du jour. The saving grace of this place allowed us to finish our meals. That's the barbecue sauce. Now that's something special and I'm sad to say that the meats needed it for sure this night. I totally understand that smoking can have good days and bad days and if it's just myself I might stop in for a quick bite. This place likes to use pecan wood per some questions I asked. I just can't say that there was anything else besides the sauce that was super positive this night. However, a month in and I wish them well and hope they can dial it in. It's just right down the street from us so convenient, but right now there are other bbq places that have this placed "smoked" in my opinion. (I know terrible wordplay). But to be fair, I would stop in and buy that bbq sauce to use at home.Pricing is probably a tad bit high for this quality of food we had but not unreasonable. We were probably at $70 or so after taxes.

I had the Bri's roasted bites and added brisket on top. It was delicious! Also had the Pink paradise drink. Very refreshing.

I love this place! The smoked wings are very delicious. The staff is so friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back!

Good food, and really reasonable prices, especially where BBQ is concerned. The brisket has a great bark, the pepper sausage is delicious. The sauce is fantastic and is (according to the owner) a family recipe! It's a compliment but doesn't overpower the food. The owners are also super friendly and spend time talking to customers and answering questions. While ordering, if you ask for recommendations, they even suggest items based on how recently they came from the smoker, giving you the freshest options! It's clear they value sourcing ingredients that are high quality, while also keeping the costs at a reasonable point. Rare find these days!

it was awesome! Their wings were great, I couldve crushed another plate! I don't normally eat smoked or bbq, but their ribs and black pepper sausage was Staff super friendly. Thurs Fri and Sat they have steak! And thurday nights they have live music !
