Eh, ok, good, not great 3.5/5Oxtails: Excellent Mac-n-cheese: okay, but wouldn't order againGreens: cooked to perfection and slightly under seasoned. Customer service from the lady handling the line was dry & cold. This is a consistent problem @ bob's unfortunately. I get it, it's hard dealing with the public but you chose that career path. This was a 45 min drive - I'd return if I was in the area but not good enough to drive 90 min round trip

Came to get some food and there hours are till 9 pm however when walking in the building and being seen by 2 of the employees in the store, one eventually came out and asked "how can I help you" when I asked for a side of greens, I got a shake of the head and was told they didn't have any. When I asked about their hours on google being until 9 I was told they were" closing early today at 8 pm. However it wasn't even 8 when I went it and still 45 minutes left until 8. Will definitely never be coming back to this "bbq restaurant" due to lack of customer service and unable to get food during open business hours while front door was still unlocked.

Greeted by a nice young man and the food was good, I will visit again. Several choices and veggies to choose

Went there yesterday for lunch/dinner with my daughter and best friend and it was a great experience!! The service was awesome and the food was good!!! Will definitely go back!

I can say they have good soul food and the best peach cobbler ever! When Lisa's line is long and I want some soul food I come here! Even their price is higher than Lisa's I still come yo grab a plate and peach cobbler to go! Don't get me wrong this my second option because I live near the other restaurant, this one is just a farther drive down for me.

$62 for this crap on 4 of July never again they sent this thru DoorDash sauce on the side small portion

Ordered incorrect food. Menu was not clear. Called store but they just didn't care. Food was okay.

I stopped in last night, 08/25/2024, and ordered East Texas links, a pound of links, and a pound of ribs, which cost just under $60.00/%59. something. HORRID... I have fond memories of the Hardemans in south Dallas on MLK, which used to be in a KFC building back in the day. What I was served was terrible, dried out east Texas links, they didn't have links so I was offered a change to sausage, and I accepted, the sausage was warmed up and covered in sauce, like pulled from the fridge and warmed up, ribs where dry and crusty top some tender pieces if you could get through that crust, also just drenched in sauce, I have had better sauce from kraft. NEVER going back even for free. I had fond memories of the name.

Went to support black owned business that was my mistake I will never go back to another barbecue again I bought food from there and the food wasn't cold it was cold and uncooked I don't get sick I learned a lesson I will never go that location again and I didn't mean that

This is what they consider an "order" of ribs. They're old, dry, hard and crusty. And they charged me 24.99 + tax for THIS! Do not waste your money at this place. I grew up eating Hardeman's BBQ and use to love it. This is not the first time I was dissatisfied with their food recently but this is my first review. This food deserves ZERO stars. It's absolute trash. I will never spend my coins here again!
