Hapik Dallas Firewheel

Took my granddaughter there. She thoroughly enjoyed climbing the many challenging walls and 2 obstacle courses. Hapik has a great setup for all ages to enjoy.

Awesome experience! We attended for a birthday party & they had a blast. The team was knowledgeable and made sure to demonstrate how to get locked in safely before climbing. They alloted us about 1.5 hours for climbing, which was plenty of time to try each wall. They also had a small indoor playground house that smaller kids could play in or for those who got tired of climbing.

My kiddos always have a good time at Hapik. There's usually one attendant walking around helping the kids strap into the automatic belays, but that's not enough so parents need to help out. They have a tiny play structure for very little ones. They sell snacks if you need a break.

Great fun! Lots of different climbing walls and obstacle courses. Clean facilities and pleasant staff.

I planned both of my kids birthdays here and it went smooth and great! Our host Richard was very helpful and attentive. Everyone had a great time definitely recommend this place if you want change it up a bit and try something new! My kids loved it!

This place is awesome!!! My daughters absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place is very clean, lots of walls to choose from and a great obstacle course. Highly recommend checking it out if you or your children like climbing.

This was our second time to visit. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the facility is super clean. Customer service done right! VERY FUN for all ages...

Such a cool fun climbing experience for kidsTook my 5 year old son here. The place is filled with so many different climbing walls and structures. There were tables for birthday parties, events, etc. 5 years and under was $12.99 for 2 hours of climbing. Free if you're not climbing. You are fitted with a harness. Lots of young kids were able to independently go up and down by theirselves with a few staff members scattered throughout. Parents are allowed inside. This was my son's first time going to anything like this. At first my son was very scared but he slowly built up his confidence and then excited to try out the climbing walls. There was an obstacle course and zip lining for kids that is 4ft and above. My son had so much fun. Will come back!

Great place for kids, rude management and good luck getting anyone up front to get off their cell phones to acknowledge you when you walk in, it's like your an inconvenience to them because your interrupting their phone time, workers inside the play area are great! If you can get past the rude welcoming each time the rest is great. Also, don't buy a membership thinking you will get to use it on the weekends, usually booked full with parties and those take priority over your membership fees.

What a fun place to spend the afternoon with your kiddos. Mine had zero climbing experience, but they loved the obstacle courses and the climbing walls after an initial hesitant start. They are 6 and 8. :) I also had a great time climbing with them!
