Love this hotel! The restaurant serves good food, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is great and this place is always a great spot to stay at. The rooms are so cozy and I love the huge bathtubs - they are so relaxing to soak in!! One negative is the pillows - they are too soft and don't support the head at all. Wish they were more comfortable. Overall, great stay. It's a beautiful hotel and I love it here!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing service. Highly accommodating. I stayed here during a recent work trip and was very impressed. The staff members that I interacted with were highly accommodating and very friendly. Particularly, I interacted with McKinley during the check in process and another individual when receiving room service. Both were so kind and made me feel so welcome. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Art decor surrounds the walls within the rooms and on each floor. The lobby has some beautiful art pieces as well. Loved that unique aspect of this location. Daily room cleaning went above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised to see my items on the bathroom counter organized, my shoes organized, my luggage placed on the table at the foot of the bed for me, etc. The fitness center was impressive. Plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, and stair masters were available. There was a full weight rack with machines throughout the room as well. Each station had a complimentary water bottle and hand towel. Just wow!My only wish is that grab and go breakfast was available. On a work trip, I didn't have time to sit down and eat at the restaurant, and didn't want to use room service as my only other option. Next time I'm in the Dallas area, I'll definitely consider staying here again!

The Hall Arts Hotel in Dallas is an amazing hotel that surpasses expectations on every level. From its bright and inviting atmosphere to its riveting art exhibits, this hotel offers a uniquely enriching art experience. It's situated in the heart of the arts district! Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a high level of service, immediately setting the bar high. I had the pleasure of staying in the avant-garde suite, which was both clean and spacious, providing a perfect room for work and relaxing after exploration.One of the highlights of the Hall Arts Hotel is its art museum like exhibits throughout its spaces. It's a creative spin and allowed me to take breaks throughout the day to explore all the art. The hotel's location is top notch with a plethora of excellent restaurants just steps away. From fine dining to sampling local favorites, there is no shortage of food spots to explore.One of a kind hotel! Loved it!

Beautiful, modern, and clean hotel w/ attentive and professional staff.I stayed here on 02/12/2024 on a business trip.The room was modern, clean, bright, and spacious. Honestly, I guess it takes an upscale hotel to truly make me feel at home since I'm such a clean person.The employees - literally every single staff member - were phenomenal. They were warm, friendly, and so professional/polite. It really reflects how top notch everyone is.Special thanks to driver Dave, THE warmest guy there is! If you want to know little facts about Dallas, Dave is the guy! He can drive you up to 5 miles from the hotel, so I went to a gelato shop in Lower Greenville. Don't forget to tip the man or Zelle him! I'm a cashless gal, so the least I could do was buy a hardworking man GELATO! :)And we can't forget Vernon, the doorman! I'm so used to opening my own doors, that a doorman makes me feel extra special. It's these little things that I notice and appreciate.I didn't get the names of two other staff members, but I hope somehow they'll get recognized. One guy had the thick black square framed glasses, and he was working 02/13 at the check in desk. I loved his gentle demeanor and just gracefulness when I asked to have my luggage held.Same goes for the brunette, combed hair gentleman that returned my luggage to me in the late afternoon. He actually wrote Dave's name for me again on a card.If you're looking for a 5 star experience, like a true 5 star experience, Hall Arts Hotel does not disappoint.

Wow, just had an amazing stay at this hotel. Service was excellent and really accommodating from literally every employee you came across. We were checked in promptly and received a beautiful corner room which was spotless with such calming decor. Room service was great and we had a wonderful breakfast. Great location located in the Arts District with multiple museums and performance centers within walking distance. If you are staying in Dallas and want true luxury, I would definitely recommend!

Great hotel. A lot of creative pieces of art and very clean rooms. Gym has apples, water and plenty of towels. Pool is outside. Front desk is great. Offered wine and water when I checked in. Thanks Breanna

Stayed a week ago, left my computer charger in the room. I called twice the first day home, never got a call back. I called the next day spoke to the front desk who was trying to get a hold of housekeeping with no luck she was going to call back, never heard from anyone. Bad customer service.

From the moment you arrive at valet, the service is exceptional! Proceeding into the hotel where an employee greeted us and lead us to the front desk. The lobby smells beautiful and is very clean. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful pointing out where the gym, pool and restaurant are located. Even the housekeeper was fantastic! The room was comfortable and very clean. I was here for business and was pleasantly surprised by this wonderful hotel! A great, well stocked gym and beautiful artwork throughout! Would definitely stay here again!

Omg! My bestie and I needed a refresh from life (taking care of our aging parents and all). We booked a night with a late checkout and it was amazing! Brianna could see that we gals needed some r & r and she upgraded us! And Frank happily carried our luggage to our room and said anything we needed he was our guy. Dave happily drove us to punch Bowl social in trickle out SUC and eagerly shared the ins and out of the vehicle. And then when we ordered champagne, Cristina brought it and was more than happy to not to lift a finger. And our second bottle and dinner, Cristina delivered again. The staff went above and beyond what we needed. If you need a respite from life this place is amazing. Comfy and beautiful. I wished we could've stayed longer.
