Here for a team building event there is something for every level and everybody. We played a ping pong game, 9 square, and a dice game. At the end for those that wanted could play glow in the dark doge ball. The guys working were friendly and explained the games good. It was hard to hear them wince our group was 95 people. I would recommend this place for company team building events.

Such a fun place! If you're looking for fun-filled team-building exercises and activities, LOOK NO FURTHER! Group Dynamic has got it all - from high ropes courses, whack-a-mole on little tricycles, blacklight dodgeball to a 3-D four square (but it's actually 9 squares). And all the Francis's (staff) are great facilitators, keeping the energy high and explaining the games to us in a comprehensive way so that we were safe the entire time.My favorite was the high ropes course - they provide harnesses so that you're completely safe, and they do a whole orientation beforehand to teach you how to go through the course safely. Francis will also ensure you're safe as you biplane through the space, too!We visited as a group of about 20 people and had a blast! I recommend wearing gym clothes - maybe a tank top and yoga pants - because you'll be running around and will get a good workout in while having fun! We were also able to cater food for lunch, but I recommend eating after doing the exercises at Group Dynamix.

Seriously this place is so much fun!I had my BF's bday party here and I can honestly say that 15 grown adults had the most fun in a while here. There's so many games and areas you can choose from. If you call, the team will give you a price quote for the package you get. They can also help pick what activities and packages to select. The website has more info about the process. But honestly, cannot recommend this place and the staff enough!

Great place for coworkers, friends, and/or student groups alike to enjoy a day full of team building. The Francis' were an amazing group who kept the energy up the entire time! Our group specifically were "taken on a tour of the GDX Nuclear Energy Plant." The clues, codes and solutions were obtained through tough team challenges. For our safety and comfort, we were advised to wear closed-toed shoes such as tennis or walking shoes and outdoor "recreational" clothing. Some of the things that I enjoyed the most were the fun, interactive icebreakers that began the day; the entertaining group challenges, and the experience of an Escape Room! Snacks and drinks were provided; however, we had to leave the facility to grab our own lunch. Upon returning from lunch, we got to enjoy four different types of ropes course, each concluding with a zip-line across the room! I definitely enjoyed myself and recommend trying this place out.

My wife surprised me for my bday and rounded up a group of about 15 people for some fun and games. Never heard of this place before this. First of all, we had a really good group facilitator. Second, you're allowed to bring in food and drinks for your party!! Non alcoholic though lol. Cost for this session was $25pp for about 3 hours.Games we played:1. Dodge ball / hunger games w bows and arrows - basically a mix of trying to shoot each other and a target American gladiator style.2. Ropes course, various different items and zip lining.3. Come game, working on relay agility skills. Funnnn4. 9 square - like volleyball 4 square5. Ga ga ball - dodgeball w one ball using a open hand to slap the ball. In an octagon.6. Messed around on the wall and volleyball bounce court.Had an amazing time and didn't even get to play all the variety of activities they had!! Probably will be back!

Came for a 2-hour bonding session with my new work team and had a blast! I wasn't too sure what to expect but we all had a great time; David, our facilitator, was awesome and informative about all the activities we did. The facilities were great, well lit and well air-conditioned; we didn't do any of the ropes courses but they were fun to look at, and the games we did play were engaging and fun. In particular my favorites were the old school skiball and the three by three volleyball type game we played at the end. I really liked that they had multiple options for everyone of different body types and that we got to end the night jumping around on a giant inflatable trampoline :)I also appreciated that the room we were in had a corner with refreshments: chips, drinks, water, granola bars, etc. Thanks so much for making this bonding experience a great one, Group Dynamix! I will definitely be recommending this to anyone who has similar needs in the future.

Awesome place for team building! Went here as a team building activity for 70+ people. Totally worth it. Luckily I was on the committee for our group to pick the activities for our conference. Group Dynamix has a lot of activities to help facilitate group building for all kinds of groups. We ended up picking human foosball, bow and arrow, yard games and 9 square. Don't be fooled, this is a huge work out. You stay busy the entire time and the employees there keep everything organized. We had SO much fun. It was great being able to do activities with others from my work I had never met before in an environment like this. I would highly suggest for any companies needing to do team building.

This review is for Adventure Sundays, which is an okay way to essentially have someone watch your kids from 2p-6p while having them engage in some social activities. Most of the parents sit in the periphery on their devices with snacks and drinks waiting for their kids. Participants are grouped together by color and then cycled through the activities which include bow tag, dodgeball, another form of dodge ball on a bouncy, inflated pillow and gaga ball. The main draw of the day is the indoor ropes course which has a variety of obstacles on a simplified harness system. There were a couple points of disappointment with our recent visit:1. They group adults with kids. I understand if parents want to participate in the same activities as their kids, but with the multiple number of ball throwing games in the day, it becomes a bit of a liability. My nieces and nephew got slammed in the face with balls thrown by adults even though they weren't in the game. The ball knocked off my niece's glasses fell to the floor. There really should be a consideration of doing an age maximum for these activities.2. There is no mention of a height requirement on the website, only an age requirement of 12. My nephew is 12 but small for his age and was not able to participate in the ropes course. Please keep this in mind if you have a shorter than average child also - they must be at least 4 and a half feet. They should disclose this on their website instead of have kids be disappointed after they went through the whole process of putting a harness on. Why they couldn't even tell us that these kids were too short before they put on the harnesses is baffling. Overall, I feel this place is basically like school recess but in a weekend setting. We won't be back.

It's a great place and a lot of fun! The employees engage with you and join in and make the experience fun! However, if you ever make a reservation double and triple check because apparently after talking to the manager it was miscommunicated that our event was going to be canceled. Clearly we did not say that we said we will call back and give them a definitive answer. No one called us back to double-check and make sure that we were still coming or if we were actually going to cancel. They just made the assumption. This is why it only gets three stars

Group Dynamix was the perfect balance of an unusual, unique, fun, different meeting space and having an incredibly fun time! We utilized this venue for our Company Kickoff meeting where we would have typically done an auditorium style meeting and Dynamix fulfilled all of our needs plus more. The venue alone is set up to have a great time, in every inch of the place, there is a activity, game, course for all ages. This took the serious vibe out of the meeting and truly made it an enjoyable experience for everyone. The staff, from start to finish was hands down, the best partners we have had setting up a meeting. From Grace taking us through the tour when we met, setting up contract, talking through needs, to Vic and our Leader Chris bringing it all together for the show was amazing! Chris and Team not only helped us through the meeting but became part of the meeting, making it fun, interactive throughout the entire show! I would 120% recommend anyone have any style of meeting at Dynamix as this provides a unique experience for all! Thank you Grace, Vic, Chris & the entire team!
