I would not recommend anyone bring their family here. Not only is it overpriced, they cheat you on the time you paid for. We paid for 90 minutes and were asked to leave after an hour. They make a public announcement overhead and tell you if you have a certain color bracelet you must go even if you haven't spent 90 minutes in the place like you paid for. In addition, they force you to pay for their socks in order to play, $3 a person. The workers are very lazy. They sit there on their phones but yet won't let you zip line or slide the slide unless one of them is there. When they are there they sit there on their phones. We were told it was free for our two year old, but it wasn't. They charged us 19.99 plus $6 for socks saying that they have to charge for a parent because of our two year old but have to pay for both socks even though my husband didn't play. Aside from my complaints, the place is huge, has zip line, two different slides, dodge ball area, ninja warrior area, and lots of different trampoline, blocks, and foam pits. I would recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks because no one was at the concession area the entire time we were there. We wanted to purchase drinks and yeah.. they are just for display. Go to another trampoline park and stay away from here! They also don't make you sign a waiver. They have the waiver area but don't check to see if anyone has signed. RUN!! .. and don't look back!

Our favorite place to bring the kids to burn off energy during the weekend. Music is enjoyable for my kids and for me. There's a small concession counter with pizza and snacks. My kids love it here so this is a regular for us. Once you have the socks you don't need to purchase again unless you loose them. Would recommend

Came here with my children ages 11, 13, 17. Loved the open floor plan so you can see your children from most seating areas. Check in was easy and they didn't force me to buy new socks bc we brought our own. They were priced by the hour and didnt have crazy gimmicks to lock you in for a year. (Yes I'm still mad Urbanair)They had different areas to play in: (I'm totally making some names up) Trampoline areas for little ones Basketball Ninja course Dodgeball Zip line Wall climbing Jump over the bar thing Rope ladderGladiator Eating areaMassage chairs for adults Overall I loved it. I could work here at a table while my kids played. Good for all ages, but we did see a lot of little ones here on a Tuesday night. Not a lot of teens trying to run little ones over. OGroup of 10 kids birthday parties for $2501 hr was $13-16 with socks 2 hr was $20-23 with socks All day $23-26 with socks

VERY fun. this place is fun for both adults and kids. it's also more expensive than urban air though. i haven't laughed that much in forever. my favorite thing was this circular beam thing that you have to jump over when it gets to you. it was very fun seeing all the kids get knocked down. they have alot of stuff that all ages can do that's really fun like a zipline... they let my 3 year old go on it several times- he LOVED it. they also had ninja warrior stuff, dodgeball, and this game thing of hitting lights when it lights up. the other favorite was the gladiator thing where you can battle on a balance beam. my only complaint was that it was really unorganized at the front desk and alot of water on the floor in the bathrooms which is gross with only socks. we wll be back!.

its a meh place, run by some high school or college kids, who do not know when their customers come and go. We took all day pass and they were ready to kick us out in two hours. We had a 1.5yrs baby who was also required to get socks and was charged full price. will never come back again.

I would not recommend and certainly will not return again. We were there this past week, and I noticed when checking on my kid the pit area smelled unkept (the big area where kids jump in like it's a pool). My daughter of course kept going to this area bc she enjoys wading like it's a pool. I also noticed how dirtier the green socks were when the kids (including my niece and nephew) left. We've been to Ground Control three times over maybe two years. The first time a mom recommended it bc it was clean. I concurred. Fast forward to the second visit. No alarms set off but my kid did get sick a few days after. Third, and most recent, visit was when I encountered the smell and their socks were so dirty we just trashed them. Days later after the third visit my daughter ended up with the flu. My husband brought to my attention that this happened the last time we visited the place (she got sick). I will acknowledge that kids can pick up viruses and other illnesses anywhere and we'd visited other places for fun within days of going to Ground Control (third visit). What created pause was connection between our second and third visit and noticing that there is a stark contrast between our first visit and our third (and last) visit. Also, I single out the pit because my niece and nephew went with us on the third visit and they were fine. However, my daughter got sick. Out of the three she spent the most time in that area. With that being said my child, niece and nephew did have a blast and two out of three were asking to return. However, our third visit was our last visit. My recommendation is that there's more thorough cleaning especially in the area where germs can be more discreet. The entire area where the zip line and block pit is needs to be reviewed. Get a black light bc that's where I experienced the smell. I hate posting reviews like this but these types of companies must stay vigilant bc children are involved. We're moving into fall which is the season of viruses. Invest a little more time and resources into keeping the place as clean as possible. Based on my third experience, and comparing it to my first visit, you can do better.

What happened to making the customer happy ? When paid was told by the cashier that pizza & a drink were included in the admission price of $32.00 for one child. When went to get it was told it wasn't included in that price even though cashier had said it was. Spoke with the manager - thinking perhaps she would offer to make it right - but that was a NO !! It was only one slice of pizza and a small drink - What happened to making the customer happy or making it right ?????

My kids love going to Ground Control but we will no longer be supporting this business. They changed their prices and no longer offer a 1 hour jump time. This forces those attending to buy a membership or pay an increased price for almost two hours. Ground Control now requires their grip socks which is only an attempt to increase prices as all grip socks work for these trampoline parks. We paid double the amount from these increased cost than the past several years our family came to enjoy the facility. Sad to see this company focus on squeezing more money from its loyal customers.
