Great pizza, even better service. Donna, the general manager, made us feel like family.One of our pizzas came out smaller than expected, and without even asking they provided another pizza free of charge.And the quality? Incredible. The crust is spectacular; the coal oven really gives it an authentic taste.The cheese and sauce are great as well.And the service? Top notch. Really felt like they cared about our experience and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.Can't wait to go back.

Grimaldi's = If I could give them 20 stars it would be here - wow oh wow the food.We ordered from here because we stayed at the Canopy (which has no restaurant).We had a large pizza (no we did not eat all of it) fresh mozzarella yum - Italian Sausage, Garlic, Onions.We also ordered Cannoli's for my husband - my husband enjoyed it so much - he said it was mouth watering I had a hand crafted Calzone- huge as all get out - could never eat the entire thing - Fresh Mozzarella, Garlic, Onions and Jalapeños. The scent alone will make your mouth water.Can not say enough about this place - everything fresh and delicious

My favorite place in town for pizza! Despite it being a chain, it tastes like a good classic new york style slice right here in Dallas. I always forget to take a picture since I eat it so fast! Classic pizza is the only way too go for me, the sauce and cheese is too good. I've yet to try a pizza with toppings from here.Prices are definitely on the high side compared to other chain pizza places, but the prices are somewhat justified in my opinion. They do run specials here and there like carry out specials, wine specials and appetizers specials on the Grimaldi's App. They have a patio where you can enjoy food outside along with your pup! Always see a variety of dogs and families on the patio when it's nice out. Food here is definitely meant to be shared, so come with a group!

Great pizza, the service was slow and not great, and the dirty martini was awful, it was clear they used sweet instead of dry vermouth. I would come back specifically for pizza takeout. Would recommend the Brooklyn Pizza

We came here last Sunday with a large group from our Sunday School class and they put us in a nice room with a long table. Steve was our server and I will say that he did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us making sure that everyone's order was correct and provided a little humor along the way. The food was outstanding and the service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this location.

Love love love Grimaldi's. I've never had a bad experience here. The food is always delicious and service is great. I love going on the nights when they have 1/2 off wine. I think it's Tuesday or maybe Wednesday?They have outdoor seating where you can bring your dog, which is great since they are so close to Mutts.I have a gluten allergy (not celiac). Although you are certainly at risk for cross contamination at a place like this, I personally have never gotten sick after eating here. They outsource their gluten free crust like most places. It's hard to find a good gluten free crust and this one is one of my favorites. It's thin and crunchy.I always build my own pizza with regular sauce and for toppings I do chicken, ricotta, artichoke and pesto.

Service is not good. Confusing and non-engaged workers taking orders and not taking any accountability for people waiting longer than told for pizzas.The food is pretty good, but not worth it for the price IMO. ZaLat delivered is better and service is much friendlier.Correction: I've now been here waiting on my pizza for 85 minutes. Negative rating option please?

Great pizza. We had pepperoni and sausage and the buffalo chicken. Both were excellent

Food was greasy and service was terrible. Would not recommend this place ever. My friend and I were looking for a nice pizza and were severely disappointed.

The pizza tasted great!The stars given are for the following: The A/C was broken and we were told it had been broken a couple of weeks. They propped open the doors once we asked them too. It was hot and uncomfortable and many in our party were sweating the whole time. We had a birthday at our party and the rewards code was good for a 16 inch, unknowingly at the time, the birthday person ordered a 12 inch. With that said, we paid for the birthday pizza, when I'm sure it could have been accommodated for. The white sangria tasted extremely watered down, according to two of our guests.
