Gorditas La Mina

We had passed by this place plenty of times when coming to the bazaar, so today we decided to check it out. I ordered a frijoles gordita and a tinga gordita. My fiancee ordered the gordita de chicharron, rajas con queso, and frijoles con queso. We waited about 15 minutes for our order to come out and I was only able to eat the bean gordita because I felt that the tinga one was a littlte too salty for my taste. The red and green sauces were watered down, and the green didn't taste like much, but the red had a slight kick to it, which is how we prefer out salsa. If you don't mind the long wait for your food, then this is a good place to eat at.

The gorditas here are freshly made right in front of you. The Gorditas are about 5"-6" and stuffed to the max. They're also well made because they don't get soggy and collapse.. I got the tinga, rajas con queso and mole gorditas and man were they delicious. The gorditas are also very reasonably priced at $2.25 a piece. Also don't forget to try there delicious empanadas;)The staff is very friendly and helpful and also speak English. They only cons are that they're located inside the Plaza Latina Bazaar and getting a parking spot sucks.

I ask for fajita sopes and I got pork meat I'm a good lover I can say Micheladas are good normal a place to drink maybe food ahhh ‍ no.

It's like the Starbucks of gorditas the always come out perfect, same with tortas, service super friendly

I've never had a torta as good as the ones they serve here. Truly an amazing spot to eat. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with friends or family. I've had such great experiences eating here. Every time I do it never disappoints. They serve the torta with a mouthwatering chile en vinagre. It pairs so well. I highly recommend the combination torta with grilled chicken. Its delicious!

Delicious gorditas! Stuffed to the max, flavorful, and fresh. Made when you order. They also have aguas frescas that are the real deal - no powdered nonsense. Muy ricas! I'll definitely be back anytime I'm in the area.
