Convenient valet parking Love the brighter first room for lunch vs the dim lit main room. Liam our service was outstanding and guided us the right direction with our selections. Cheese beignets were melt in your mouth yummy! Crab pasta was delish and a huge portion. Pork chop was well flavored but a bit dry. Star crunch dessert was perfection - a bit of salt, crunch, sweet...says a typically non dessert gal. Bathroom experience was nice - clean, stocked with basic girl needs, and smelled so nice. You can even by the candle burning inside. Would totally come back to try other items.

It was most certainly a good win for us Saturday night. My GOODness, they know how to do it here. Good till the last drop of cheesy beignet- pure bliss, satin silk in your mouth. Food: Those beignets will blow you away. I wanted to use that cheese sauce on everything. Cheese on cheese on cheese. Yes, please. Call ahead of your reservation and order these beignets so they will be waiting for you at your table- Brussels sprouts and zucchini chips were also ordered- glad we tried, but a pass in the future. Tuna cones were a let down, they were tiny tuna cones- and needed a bit of soy or salt. Mac and cheese, oh yah baby, creamy, crave worthy and colossal flavor. I loved the noodle shape and the ooooeeey gooey taste- bien!!Victory lap for the Mac and cheese! For sure!Now for the crab pasta- I kid you not- best pasta I've had in a hot minute- flavor bomb, had to be King crab- those pieces were generously sprinkled, the serving size was chef's kiss- plentiful for the price. That's what's up. Bueno!Dessert was ten thumbs up- literally every crumb done and done- spoons clean and pristine- the cookie butter cheesecake- breakfast, lunch and dinner if we could. Good deal!Service: our server, Alex- was magical, theatrical so detailed and descriptive. He deserves all of the accolades. Wonderful! Bravo!However, there was a gentlemen with dark hair and glasses that would assist with water or clearing plates- he was aggressive and at one point was very rude...but trying to be funny when I politely told him that Alex would return to box up our leftovers- he proceeded to take the plates and say something like "I'm sure I can figure out how to box these up" in a very condescending way- I was incredibly embarrassed and shocked- we all were- he then said "I was kidding" that was not funny. Hmm. Ick.Overall- amazing place, fantastic food- Alex was awesome and we definitely would say this place was a WIN!

Goodwin's is such a cozy chill restaurant/bar. Came in on a Thursday night and let me tell you they were busy-- that's a good thing! Only came in for a cocktail and an appetizer but both things were delicious. Ordered these mini hot dogs or cake with tomato, mustard and spicy pepper (nice lilttle kick)! Looking forward to come back and try them out for dinner.

We were very impressed by Goodwin's. We had heard great things but it blew away our expectations. The ambiance was warm and the service was very kind and helpful. We started with the zucchini chips which were excellent. We then split a Caesar salad and crab al amatriciana which were top tier. We were both full but the food was so good we had to try dessert. We got the star crunch cake which is worth every bite. We had a great experience overall and plan on coming back!

This is a nice spot. There are 3 very distinct eating areas. There is a dimly lit dining room then you have the bright lively bar area then you have the patio seating. I chose a booth in the bar area.The service was friendly attentive and in sync. My empty plates were promptly removed from table as soon as I finished. I was asked at the appropriate times was I ready for the next course or would I like another course. And they gave great recs.Started with a really nice aperol spritz. Followed by cheese beignets. The coating was thin and crispy. The inside was a really nice creamy cheese served with a side of warm cheese. The tuna cones were a nice surprise. There were 3 layers of flavors that went together well. Spicy then creamy then smooth avocado to round it out. The lil rippers were mini kobe sausage dogs. Heavy for an app but tasty. The short rib was soooooo tender. Literally fell apart when touched with the fork. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back. Desserts next time!

When dinner service is great, tolerable I am to all the shortcomings of consistently how loud it is here and late at being seated with the confirmed reservervation time. But when our table's server is subpar, I ask myself, "why did I come back". Well ... when the food hits the table, I know why I have been back again and again. Nothing fancy, simply good, solid tasting refreshed American dishes, including Goodwin's "Gruyere & Parm Beignets"; "Crispy Zucchini Chips"; "Halibut"; and, "D.K. Lemon Cake". What's more, their pricing is just right for what's received!CHEERS!

Such a great vibe when you walk in! We went for brunch and the cheese beignets live up to the hype. The focaccia was more like Texas toast, but honestly I could've ordered it for my meal. I had the burger which was tasty, very hearty. Service was great, not too overbearing. Will definitely be back! Looking forward to experiencing the speakeasy too.

Came here to enjoy their happy hour drinks & appetizers! The restaurant was decorated for the holidays & it felt like you were at your family's house. So welcoming! The happy hours deals are a steal so definitely take advantage! I tried all the appetizers & all tasted amazing. The mix drinks were a bit sweet for my taste, but the wine was perfect! I suggest making a reservation. The restaurant is small, so there's going to be a wait time during peak times.

Love the ambiance. The lighting makes everyone look beautiful lol. I set at the bar and our bartender was everything. I gave him the flavors I love in a cocktail and he whipped up something for us. Our server was attentive and so polite. The food.. uhm it sounds great on paper and has so much potential but I think it needed acid and spice to the tuna and the zucchini chips. The cheese beignets would probably go better with a marinara sauce instead of the cheese sauce. But regardless this was a great evening treat for me. And I appreciate the complementary valet just make sure you have money to tip.
