Mein Fun with jumbo shrimp! My first time ordering, hoping the next time will be just as amazing!

Everything was gross except the egg drop soup. Fried rice is dry. Dumplings tasted like broccoli and mushrooms and the sauce on the side is weird, not good. General Taos was basically just sweet and sour sauce, but not as good. The crab rangoons were hard and overcooked.

Food was good. Seems the sit down portion of the restaurant is closed. Felt cramped in the pickup area and where restaurant seating was visible it had an under construction vibe without it actually being under construction. Wasn't acknowledged very quickly but they seemed to be busy with take out orders. I did not feel comfortable and haven't felt it worth ordering from here again. Maybe if they expanded the waiting area and screened of the unsettling view of an empty nonfunctioning restaurant it wouldn't feel like a business condemned to only take out and just be a nice place to pick up some take out.

Honestly some of the best take out I've ever had. Second time we've ordered from them and it didn't disappoint. We ordered egg drop soup, orange chicken with steamed rice, chicken lettuce wraps, a side order of lo mein noodles, and a few spring rolls. For a family of four we ate our fill and still have leftovers for tomorrow. I was surprised at how good the lo mein was! Absolutely delicious. Golden Pot is a little further out than we would normally look, but thanks to DoorDash it was an option. This is 100% our go-to take out place from now on!

Ordered delivery. Food arrived earlier than scheduled. Hot and delicious and I'm glad I found myself a new go-to Chinese delivery.

Food was good as usual but the guy taking the money at the register had headphones in and didn't give a crap about me or anyone for that matter. I asked him a question and he had no idea I even said anything. But yet...there's a place to tip. WHY???? I don't really understand why they aren't open for dine in. There are tables and seating areas but it's only open for pick up and delivery.

Second time getting takeout from golden pot. The first time was the better from this time. I tried the bbq pork with the fried rice this time...it was not good, it was so dry & the flavor was for lack of a better word gross. The lo mein was delicious. I think maybe this time was a fluke with the fried rice but will definitely order from here again, it is only takeout here, no dine in currently. Also, the wings are amazing!

The Lo Mein is exceptional and not just the one with meat the plain steamed lo mein is equally amazing. My son is a picky eater but he loved the orange chicken. The beef and broccoli was great and the brown sauce did not lack flavor! We have order from here twice within the last week. I think this will be our new Asian spot they did not disappoint.

The food was very good here, but even before I tasted it, I would have given them a great rating just based on their customer service alone. I was under a tight deadline to pick up food and be ready for some guests, only to discover that I had made a huge mistake on my order. I told them what happened and they fixed it for me, very quickly, under very reasonable terms. I could not believe it. Very few places are willing to do that anymore. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I chose this restaurant because of the great reviews and decided to give it a try. I just walked in today to pick up my to go order, and was ignored by two men sitting at the receptionist desk. I patiently waited because I figured they had to be busy for them not to even greet a customer. After a couple of minutes, one of the guys finally looked up and finally acknowledged me. Let's just say I won't be returning! Customer service is slowly dying!
